Team Strengths Mapping

Taking a strengths-based approach has been proven to enhance both performance and well being for the individual, team and organisation as a whole.

It starts with each individual understanding their own strengths then the team can come together to map their strengths and learn about themselves as a collective.

At Beaumont People we work with the Strengths Profile Tool which focuses on performance, energy and usage to map strengths for individuals, teams and managers.
