As a female founder and mother, the price you often pay for trying to “have it all” is to end up at the bottom of a never ending to-do list, exhausted and overwhelmed.


And it points to what you probably already know: with so many responsibilities and competing priorities there’s no space left for YOU. One of the most challenging edges of motherhood and entrepreneurship can be giving yourself permission to turn off, recharge and recover— and learning to let go of the guilt and judgment that pops up when you do (business guilt is real, “mom guilt” even more so).

While creating space for yourself is critical, it’s no easy task to say the least– especially if it feels like another thing you "should" do. And with so little time available, it can be downright impossible to know where to begin.

In this sprint, we will create a container for all parts of you: as a mother, a professional and a person. Together, we'll develop tools and strategies to help you reshape your foundation and reconnect to yourself. We'll shine a light on how you want to feel, re-align your priorities, ground into healthy practices, and clear space for more joy.

Quell Stress

Identify the primary sources of your stress and feelings of overwhelm, your relationship to these things, and your beliefs about them.

Find Yourself

Explore your understanding and belief about the role of founder and mother, and what these roles mean to you in your life.

Sustainable Shift

Do a deep dive on your habits, inner narrative and daily routine + opportunities to shift or change the ways these impact your physical, mental and emotional health.

Develop an ongoing action plan, with support to create new habits and practices that can help you to feel how you want to feel and create more space for what lights you up

  • Three months of coaching
  • Bimonthly, 1-hour coaching sessions
  • Pre-Sprint Reflection
  • Shared notes and collaboration doc with your coach
  • Post-sprint Reflection with your coach to track growth

Meet your coach

"I am an executive health coach, breath-work practitioner, facilitator and consultant with 15+ years of experience as an entrepreneur. 

I’m also a new mom re-learning all the hard lessons entrepreneurship has taught me about the importance of putting my oxygen mask on FIRST. After selling my last company- and spending years healing my own burnout from the experience- I now support founders and leaders to develop practices and habits that support their physical, mental and emotional health.

My holistic approach gives my clients a range of tools that help fuel their growth, leadership capacity and well-being so they can build their businesses without burning out."
