As a female founder and mother, the price you often pay for trying to “have it all” is to end up at the bottom of a never ending to-do list, exhausted and overwhelmed.
And it points to what you probably already know: with so many responsibilities and competing priorities there’s no space left for YOU. One of the most challenging edges of motherhood and entrepreneurship can be giving yourself permission to turn off, recharge and recover— and learning to let go of the guilt and judgment that pops up when you do (business guilt is real, “mom guilt” even more so).
While creating space for yourself is critical, it’s no easy task to say the least– especially if it feels like another thing you "should" do. And with so little time available, it can be downright impossible to know where to begin.
