We are all experiencing how the current way of human-ing is just not working out. It isn’t working out for our personal and professional relationships, and it isn’t working out for our planet, either.

Deep in our core, we know that a different and better world is not only possible, but also urgently needed. 

This better world starts with us healing how we relate to ourselves and to others in this life.


This sprint will help you integrate principles and practices that help you create change and transformation with a new lens that is not dependent on the old paradigms of separation, scarcity, and powerlessness.









3-Month Goals

Learning and Growth Objectives

Understand Your Emotional Landscape

Build a deep awareness of your emotional reality in real time and of the connection between your emotions, values, and needs.  

Foster Curiosity

Practice non-judgmental curiosity while engaging with unfamiliar and/or challenging perspectives.

Build Resilience

Tolerate uncertainty, ambiguity, and discomfort without becoming attached to any particular outcome or resolution.



Format

  • Three months of coaching
  • Bimonthly, 1-hour coaching sessions
  • Pre-Sprint Reflection
  • Shared notes and collaboration doc with your coach
  • Post-Sprint Reflection with your coach to track growth

  • Personalized 'homeplay' assignments to put what you are exploring into practice.
  • Book recommendations to read at your leisure to support your growth.

Meet your coach

"I’m a practical optimist dedicated to the transformation of our world into one that works for and serves all of life’s needs. I am primarily guided by values of purpose, inner freedom, and interdependence. The biggest gift I have received in life is the one I offer leaders I work with: to practice engaging with a full range of emotions - without judgment, and in equal measure. 

Whether I’m working with individuals or organizations, I help leaders practice the conscious use of power to create systems that foster collaboration and that transcend polarization. 

This work can be hard, challenging, and - at times - uncomfortable. While I am radically honest and real, I promise to bring a healthy dose of humor and levity to our work together! 

You can expect to leave our time with new frameworks to think on and a plethora of exercises to support building new practices."



FAQ:

Homework?

  • You’ll be offered exercises to practice building awareness and micro skills in between sessions.
  • Based on what shows up, I may offer readings or videos to watch to deepen your grasp on practices that are counter-cultural.

Expected commitment?

  • We will both spend a full dedicated hour together every other week. Beyond that your applied practice time commitment is up to you. Most people find that there is an additional 30-60 minutes per month of exercises.

Experience needed prior?

  • You’re someone who’s done some learning on their own, maybe even attended trainings…and struggles with what to do with what you have learned.
  • Note, this accelerator is not suitable for someone who needs support in accepting that racism (or other -isms) exist.

Support outside of sessions?

  • Call/text/email. I will gladly engage outside of sessions as long as my time commitment is under 15 minutes and my schedule allows.
  • Additional support sessions may be requested as coach time allows.
