Inclusive Leadership

Bridging the gap between intentions and impact.

with coach Amena Chaudhry

If you want to create a culture that attracts, and retains great talent, and is creative and innovative, mastering the art of inclusive leadership is paramount. Too often, leaders struggle to lead with equity and inclusion due to a lack of lived experience or the fear of making missteps that may lead to being called out or getting canceled.

This sprint will help you deeply understand and anchor your allyship in a sustainable purpose and will equip you with the necessary knowledge, frameworks, and tools to confidently translate your intentions into meaningful, positive impact.

In the end, you'll come away with a practical and highly effective approach to leading with inclusion in your organization while addressing systemic issues that also affect our communities and the world at large.

Create an unstoppable culture through inclusion and belonging.

Meet your coach

"As a second-generation Punjabi Muslim immigrant and a bi-continental citizen, my upbringing was characterized by a sense of not fully belonging in either world. I intimately understand the yearning to be recognized, heard, and appreciated within systems that were not originally designed with people like me in mind. This lifelong journey of seeking belonging has inspired my current mission: to empower leaders in mastering the skills required to foster equity and a sense of belonging.

This work can be hard, challenging, and uncomfortable. I promise to be radically honest, and to bring a healthy dose of humor and levity to our work together.

You can expect to leave our time with a lot to think on and a plethora of tools to support you along the way."
