Homework?
Homework is not required, but your experience will be enhanced if you engage in weekly reading and watching as well as home practice.
Expected commitment?
I expect that we will both spend a full dedicated hour together every other week. Beyond that, your applied practice time commitment is up to you. Most people find that there is an additional 30-40 minutes per week of material or exercises.
Experience needed prior?
Just being a human is enough!
Support outside of sessions?
Call/text/email. I will gladly engage outside of sessions as long as my time commitment is under 15 minutes.
Additional sessions can be requested at any time pending coach availability.
