Meet your coach

"I partner with founders, creative executives, and innovators to support their development and a positive organizational culture. My vision and mission are to positively impact the world one human at a time by creating a brave space for contemplation, experimentation, & revolutionary change.

My style combines fun, seriousness, play, wonder, focus, and clarity. I believe in coaching the whole person who shows up, and I keep a safe space for the conversations that need to happen. I poke when I need to, nurture at other times, and every so often, I will cheerlead."

FAQ:

Homework?

  • Homework is not required, but your experience will be enhanced if you engage in weekly reading and watching as well as home practice.

Expected commitment?

  • I expect that we will both spend a full dedicated hour together every other week. Beyond that, your applied practice time commitment is up to you. Most people find that there is an additional 30-40 minutes per week of material or exercises.

Experience needed prior?

  • Just being a human is enough!

Support outside of sessions?

  • Call/text/email. I will gladly engage outside of sessions as long as my time commitment is under 15 minutes.
  • Additional sessions can be requested at any time pending coach availability.
