VALUE ADDED SERVICES

As early pioneers of fixed fee and event-based billing, Madison Marcus is committed to ensuring total transparency and providing true value for money for our clients. Our lawyers are encouraged to challenge the traditional paradigms of “do and charge” delivery.

  • Access to workshops, seminars, briefings, and newsletters provided at no charge.
  • If you have a matter which has proved problematic, then the respective team will include this in one of their regular ‘Hard Basket Blitzes’ - a brainstorming session where our senior lawyers challenge each other on solutions and
    creative thinking.
  • Access to soft skill training on a shared cost basis.
FORMAL & INDEPENDENT CLIENT FEEDBACK

While we will be getting feedback from you on a regular basis, either during transaction or as part of our fortnightly meetings, we would also seek an annual formal assessment from you. The review is conducted by someone independent of the engagement and will include both quantitative and qualitative assessments of your experience with our lawyers and satisfaction with our deliverables. This is to ensure we’re continuing to deliver the very best service.

ANNUAL PROCESS MAPPING

Each year we map our client and work processes in detail and review these as a team. The review includes breaking down all component steps of a process, reviewing the order in which we do things, the assumptions we have made, the policy and regulatory framework we operate within, and the tools or skills available. Process mapping is part of our own business improvement efforts however we also invite clients to participate in the review. We have found that by involving clients, a greater understanding from all parties of how things work is achieved and the process can result in accelerated innovation to the benefit of the client as well as Madison Marcus.

Madison Marcus utilises DocuSign, a software that provides electronic signatures and digital transaction management services for facilitating electronic exchanges of contracts and signed documents.
