For individuals and leaders shaping workplace culture

Our Ignite Leadership Program is a 2-day powerful learning experience that strengthens self-awareness, builds leadership maturity and guides leaders through the cultural shifts their teams need.

This leadership development program will enable participants to:

  • Understand their leadership impact
  • Identify patterns holding them back from their goals
  • Build a practical culture plan that sparks change

This Program is designed for new leaders, and roles with influence who are experiencing tension in the system they are operating in. Ignite provides an opportunity to build self-awareness through a values lens and tap into growth opportunities through experimental and social learning.

A program check-in facilitated by your organisation is recommended, six weeks after the 2-day program. Our expert facilitation team will guide you through this process and provide you with the resources you need to support your leaders in their change efforts.

Program Details

  • Focus: exploring values based leadership and culture
  • Pre-work: 3-5 stakeholder interviews, Barrett Values Assessment
  • Workshops: 2 full days face to face
  • 6-week Program Check-in: 90 minute virtual session

By the end of this Program, leaders will be able to:

  2. 2.Understand their personal values story and how it contributes to culture
  3. 3.See their operating context, culture and purpose through a values lens
  4. 4.Identify the barriers to shifting culture
  5. 5.Design and test culture nudge plans designed to create a ripple effect throughout their team
