  • Pre-reads and materials for the session
  • A full-day interactive workshop [9am - 3pm] facilitated in person with your team. We promise it's a banger of a day because we're allergic to boring [it's our favourite guarantee].
  • Here is what our full-day culture reset workshops involves:
      • Building a High Performing Culture: We'll talk through why team culture matters, what a high performing culture looks like and how we can build it together.
      • Culture derailers and drivers: Here, we explore the energy-giving and draining behaviours that impact team culture & performance.
      • Define your Why: As a team we will define the purpose statement for Contact Company Name
      • Defining the Cultural Values: As part of the day, we will define the cultural values that will help your people live out what you want to be known for as a business.
  • Your Culture Playbook We'll capture your Cultural Values, Purpose statement and culture action plan for the next 12 months to set you up for big wins, clarity and team alignment. This will ensure that the learnings and actions from the day lead to tangible long-term change.
  • Within two weeks of the culture reset workshop, we will meet with you for a 60 min debrief meeting and provide your Culture playbook.

Scott helps managers unlock their potential and move from technical expert to people leader.

As an executive coach and facilitator, Scott brings a stack of experience from large multinationals like Microsoft and Optus, as well as global tech startups.

Scotty is known for his no-BS approach to leadership—zero jargon and pretence. His mission is to help leaders better understand themselves, address their blindspots, and build high-performing teams.

He started his leadership journey as an individual contributor, moving into direct-line leadership and leading leaders in Global Executive roles. But his all-time favourite achievement has been raising three young adults alongside his wife.

Annabelle brings a decade of HR experience across various industries, including hospitality, finance, accounting, mining and the not-for-profit sector.

Her mission is to help leaders grow in their skills and confidence so they can achieve epic results.

She has spent the last decade working alongside leaders and helping them take practical actions that lift their performance and fast-track their team’s growth.

Annabelle's list of qualifications is longer than most people's to-do lists. She's got her MBA, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Bachelor's in Commerce and her AHRI HR Practising Certification (oof, impressive, right?).
