Our portfolio includes creative, bold approaches that reduce hospital readmissions, reach patients wherever they are, and leverage technology such as artificial intelligence or wearable devices to improve the experience of health care for patients and physicians.
Some of our most fruitful initiatives began when health care workers recognize a challenge in care delivery and come to CHTI with an idea. Other times, CHTI is called in to explore solutions that answer to health system priorities, especially when a problem is complex or the opportunity spans multiple departments or locations.
CHTI's Accelerator Funds provide the means to develop, test, and implement new approaches to improve health care delivery and patient outcomes. Working side-by-side with clinical teals, we apply multidisciplinary expertise to design solutions thoughtfully, take them through cycles of rigorous evaluation and refinement, and deploy them across Penn Medicine.
