Our Leadership Development Programs

OVERVIEW

Program Purpose

This program is designed to build leaders who can:

  • Lead consistently across the business
  • Handle difficult conversations
  • Coach and develop their teams
  • Make better decisions under pressure
  • Lift culture through their behaviour, not just their intention

Program Structure

  • Delivered in person over a 12 month period
  • 4 full day in person workshops over a one year program.
  • Full day sessions run from 9am - 3pm
  • Cohort sizes in each program of 30 - 40 leaders
  • A program that creates space for real conversation, practice, and behaviour change

Program Design

The program is designed as a 12 month learning experience, built around four core modules. Each module blends self-awareness, practical frameworks, real scenarios, and leadership behaviours.

Leadership Team Offsites

What you get:

  • A 60 minute kick off meeting to customise the workshop to your unique needs and context.
  • Pre-reads and materials for the session
  • A full-day interactive workshop [9am - 3pm] facilitated in person with your Leadership team. We promise it's a banger of a day because we're allergic to boring [it's our favourite guarantee].
  • Here is a general overview of what our full day leadership offsites cover:
    • Team Strengths & Opportunities: We will kick of by exploring what is and isn't working in the team and identify an action plan to close the gaps.
    • Leadership Strengths & Blindspots: We’ll explore the areas of strength within the leadership team and any skill gaps we need to close. We will cover the 5 key leadership capabilities that all leaders need.
    • Culture Derailers and Drivers: Here will take your leaders through the behaviours on teams that derail cultures and also those that drive and build healthy cultures.
    • Define Your Behaviours: As a leadership team you will align on the leadership disciplines and behaviours that all leaders must practice.
    • Practical activities to draw out what's working well and what can be improved in the leadership team. We'll align the group on what great leadership looks like for leading at Nufarm.
  • Your Leadership Action Plan We'll capture the key actions from the day including your defined Leadership Disciplines, Behaviours and action plan for the next 12 months to set you up for big wins, clarity and team alignment. This will ensure that the learnings and actions from the day lead to tangible long term change.
  • Within two weeks of the workshop, we will meet with you for a 60 min debrief meeting and provide your Leadership Action Plan.

Annabelle brings a decade of HR experience across various industries, including hospitality, finance, accounting, mining and the not-for-profit sector.

Her mission is to help leaders grow in their skills and confidence so they can achieve epic results.

She has spent the last decade working alongside leaders and helping them take practical actions that lift their performance and fast-track their team’s growth.
