VIP SERVICES

TERMINAL A
- Upon arrival the VIP assistant will wait for the passenger when they are disembarking outside of the main door of the aircraft with a signboard with their name to escort them to the VIP arrivals lounge.
- In the VIP Lounge, they will exhaust the immigration process, while they wait in the lounge one of the airport porters will pick up their luggage.
- Then they will be escorted through the preferential line in the customs area and towards the exit of the preferential parking lot, to finally make contact with the transport arranged for them.
TERMINAL B
Upon arrival at the time of disembarkation, the VIP Assistant meets the guest on the Jet bridge, holding a sign with all the names on it.
The client will be escorted to the VIP Arrivals Hall, to exhaust the immigration process, while one of the porters will pick up their luggage.
Then you will be escorted through the preferential line in the customs area and towards the exit of the preferential parking lot, to finally make contact with the transport that you have previously agreed upon.

The Buggies are designed and built to have fun as you pass caravan style through small villages in the Dominican countryside. You visit an organic Co-Op farm where you learn about coconut oil, tobacco, rum, coffee, chocolate, and our world-famous hot chocolate and chocolate tea. You visit the 100% exclusive to Adventure Buggies - Domitai Cave Park - for a rejuvenating swim in a huge Indian cave with a crystal-clear natural spring. Pass through a historically recreated Taino village and enjoy their amazing show. You can get wet, and you will get a bit dirty while having so much fun and an amazing time, which you will never forget.

It is a boat for events, located in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, Bavaro Beach. With a unique feature: there are two ramps at the front, so that passengers embark and disembark directly on the beach safely. In addition, Sanael has all the amenities for organizing any kind of events on board: Wedding, bachelor / bachelorette, reception, cocktails, birthdays, Bar-mitzvah, spring break parties, dinners at sunset, corporate events, business meetings,, and other special events.

Around the underwater worlds… Marine Encounter with Nurse Sharks and Stingray! Air conditioned buses transfer you to the private beach located at the little fishing village of Cabeza del Toro. On board this large flat catamaran you will be provided with snorkeling equipment and all the security instructions by the Park supervisors. First stop will be the reef where you can see bright tropical fish. Then swim over the netted areas that hold nurse sharks and string rays. Take a photo with a sting ray…what a rush! Next, the boat will cruise the coast line until we reach the natural pool from where everyone can enjoy a refreshing cocktail served directly in the waist-high waters.

Our Happy Hour Sailing Cruise is one of our most popular Punta Cana tours. This tour is perfect for those who want to experience one of our best Punta Cana catamaran snorkel excursions.
At the start of our sailing Punta Cana adventure, we will spend our afternoon together by sailing to our colorful coral reef where you will get to snorkel with hundreds of tropical fish. We will then warm you up with a little mamajuana to get your hips moving so that you will be ready to dance merengue and bachata.
All this while sailing to our natural pool, a little piece of paradise where you will be surrounded by palm trees at the only undeveloped beach in the area. In these commercial establishments will find: shops, supermarkets, craft shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Besides being a place where you can shop and enjoy a morning or afternoon. Many people also go looking for a souvenir of Punta Cana, as well as buying gifts for friends and family at home. The most popular gift products are: Dominican rum, cigars, tobacco and handicrafts in general.
Some malls and plazas are larger than others, but in our Shopping Tour, our customers enjoy the most relevant and important places in the area in this field, such as:

Mundo Autentico is a quaint local shopping area. During the shopping experience, you will visit a closed market area were they will be able to taste and obtain some of the most popular products in the Dominican Republic, including rum, organic cocoa and coffee, and even organic sugar. Cigarros Don Lucas is one of the most famous local cigar producers and their facilities are located inside the shopping area. They will also have the opportunity to buy local jewelry made with endemic stones or souvenirs, all while learning about the local history and interacting with local guides.
Bluemall: The most recently opened mall where you can find stores of recognized brands, restaurants and some nice jewelry pieces.
Taino's: This amazing shopping area which includes chocolate, coffee and cigar demonstration, gift shop and a fumoir for guests.

Coco Bongo is a new entertainment center located in Punta Cana (number 3 in the world, and the first outside of Mexico), which opened in November 2014. With its three levels, type stands, disco dazzle from the entrance in the new Downtown Plaza, its characteristic overhanging building of 4,016 square meters, 535 of them available to the public, and where their live shows combine: cinema, theater, music, disco, video, acrobatics, technology, actors, public, surprises, among others.
Their shows are characterized by a flawless display of lights and sound, together with the precision of beats and projected images. Also, they include professional acrobats, dancers, and actors. It is an environment of beverages, excitement, and great music, where people stay amazed at seeing the theatrical and musical samples that are perfectly reminiscent of Broadway or Las Vegas.

Drive our buggies through the beautiful Dominican countryside arriving at our Domitai Park (Cenote Cave ranch) just as night starts to take several laps on our private rally track at Night. Once back at the ranch we will learn all about coconut oil, tobacco, rum, coffee, cacao, and the world-famous chocolate tea. Clients embark on board our boats (sailing catamaran, engine catamaran, speed boats) at Bayahibe where they’ll start their tour. The first unforgettable stop at the natural pool plus floating bar with a waiter in palmilla , the set up will be ready before the guests arrive and it (30 min) will give them time for a relaxing bath, enjoying drinks in the water. The journey will continue sailing toward our beach on Saona Island, with the open bar always available. (Water, sprite, coke/diet coke, beer, whisky, gin, vodka, rum). BEAT THE BOX
This begins with a mysterious video message in which a strange voice challenges the participants to a game. Each team is faced with a metal box. Inside is a series of locked cases each containing a mystery to be unraveled. In the room the clock ticks counting down the minutes. Teams set about to solve the problems, crack the combinations and unravel the mysteries to advance from one case to the next. And, ultimately they must decipher a code and enter it into an electronic combination lock before the time has elapsed. Can your team Beat the Box?
Learning Outcomes:
In Beat the Box teamwork and a collaborative mind-set are imperative for success. Participants combine their different skills for problem solving and developing creative solutions. The pressure is intense and at times teams will doubt that they can be successful, but a cool head, logical approach and self belief will ensure success.
A real test of teamwork. Throughout the course of the activity teams learn to work efficiently and effectively within limited time constraints. Beat the Box is a truly collaborative team exercise as in the final stages of the game teams must cooperate, joining their clues together in order to uncover the correct code.




FLAT OUT: A FLOAT
The world's most innovative and exciting 'build your own boat' concept! Teams have to select a design, gather together some unlikely building materials and then combine their individual talents to build a seaworthy vessel. The proof of a job well done, takes place on a lake, pool or the open sea. Teams take to the water in a race, regatta, sea battle or full-blown adventure to recover sunken treasure.
Learning Outcomes:
In Flat Out Afloat, teams find out that the 'impossible' becomes very achievable when individuals collaborate and coordinate their efforts. They also discover that true leadership and great ideas can often come from those you least expect.


FORMULA 1
Formula 1 Teams construct an almost full size Formula 1 racing car from a flat pack kit with in a tight time frame. Once constructed, teams decorate their cars so that they are will stand out on the track. Finally, the Grand Prix moment arrives, teams line their cars up at the start line. The checkered flag flies and the cars are off and racing with one team member at the wheel as it is pushed down the track. In a spectacular awards ceremony, the top 3 teams take to the podium.
Learning Outcomes:
Teams must effectively allocate roles and tasks and ensure close cross functional cooperation to ensure the construction goes according to plan and within the given time frame. Its a challenging project that requires the application and engagement of all team members to succeed. Teams use their creative and artistic skills in pimping their F1 car. As the final race will be won or lost of tight pit changes, teams practice to improve process. The final race fuels healthy competitive spirit between the teams!




PYRAMIDS
In this engaging team-building exercise, each team is given equipment, tools, and detailed plans to assemble a giant pyramid from a 'flat-pack' kit. Once built, teams decorate their pyramids with slogans and colors that can reinforce your brand message, align with a conference theme, or support a chosen charity. The decoration is designed to unify when all pyramids are combined into a colossal structure. Alternatively, custom stickers can be used to adorn the pyramid segments once joined. The activity culminates in a collaborative challenge where all teams work together to construct a massive pyramid from their individual sections.
Learning Outcomes:
Me Focus: Teams initially work on their part of the pyramid, emphasizing resource management and quality control to ensure their building blocks are consistent and timely.
Team Focus: Participants then come together to solve interactive problems, creating the next stage of the pyramid’s structure.
Whole Group Focus: Finally, all teams collaborate to achieve the common goal of constructing a cohesive giant pyramid, reinforcing the power of working together toward a shared objective. This exercise hones problem-solving skills as teams navigate the complexities of assembling a 3D puzzle on a grand scale.


WIN IT IN A MINUTE
Inspired by TV game shows, Win It In A Minute is full of excitement and nail biting moments as your teams battle it out in various and bizarre 60 second challenges. As facilitators reveal each challenge, teams consult amongst themselves and decide which team member is best suited for the task. Once chosen they compete to complete the challenge in 1 minute and then move onto the next challenge. Throughout the program facilitators update the points board to let your teams know their positions. There are a few other challenges and bonus activities on offer to allow teams to pick up some extra points, keeping the energy high throughout the entire activity.
Learning Outcomes:
Win It in a Minute is engaging, energetic and lots of fun. It also has fantastic benefits for team communication skills and developing team strategy. The challenges are all fun and inclusive, and the open format ensures everybody is encouraged to participate but can feel comfortable that they are not under any pressure to take center stage. It has been proven to boost individual morale as team members get to know each other outside of the usual work environment in a non-threatening manner. THINK ART
Teams are given a 3D object, which will be their canvas as well as black and white and primary colored paints. They explore basic information about contrast, artistic style and color theory. They learn about the relationship between color and our emotions and feelings. Teams decide on a customer profile and then determine how they will represent it in color. They decide on a relevant artistic style, draw a sketch plan and then paint their artwork. Once complete, participants walk around the artworks discussing the characteristics of the profiled client.
Learning Outcomes:
In Think Art participants learn about the relationship between color and emotions. They address customer profiling in a light-hearted and discussion evoking manner. Creativity is unleashed as they represent a customer profile in art. For teams to be successful, individuals must listen to each other, be respectful of differing opinions and reach a common consensus within a limited time frame.


THE BIG PICTURE
The Big Picture team building exercise commences with individuals joining into small teams. Teams collect brushes, paint, a diagram outlining their individual canvas and, a blank canvas. They then set about as a team to mix paints to create the right colors and paint their canvas. Soon into the exercise, teams realize that in order for the overall artwork to be successful they need to collaborate with other teams. Once complete, the highlight of The Big Picture is the final reveal where, following a debriefing session, the masterpiece is unveiled to all participants for the first time, which always results in loud cheers and thunderous applause.

Every now and then it is important to step back and look at the ‘big picture’, particularly when looking at an organization and how its people operate and communicate internally. In The Big Picture the importance of teamwork, cooperation and communication is reinforced through the process of painting an artistic masterpiece of truly epic proportions. Prior to the activity, our graphic designers work with you to create an artwork that is reflective of your goals, values, mission and vision. QUICK FIRE OLYMPICS
The Quick fire Olympics start with the traditional cauldron lightning by torch. Each team starts with a tablet, a box of equipment and some Greek game currency. Their aim is to invest strategically and complete as many challenges within a given time frame. iBUILD
In this highly engaging activity the focus falls on interdepartmental communication and collaboration. Every single participant plays a vital role for the success of their team. Participants are split into small groups and assigned a specific role in the communication chain. The goal is to build a model from very simple elements, following the chosen strategy within a limited amount of time.
Learning Outcomes:
ibuild is a unifying experience with strong outcomes focusing on the importance of language, feedback and creating a step by step project strategy. The strict rules are designed specifically to emphasize the main principles of accurately conveying information. Ibuild is a great way of enhancing internal communication skills between different company teams or departments, as well as, customer communication. The ibuild activity is followed by a debrief session, where participants are encouraged to share their experiences and outline conclusions.




GLOBAL FESTIVAL GAME
Teams represent a group of friends going to a summer music festival. The game app guides teams towards GPS located ‘stages’ positioned around their grounds of their meeting venue The Global Festival ground has 7 different music stages each themed to a different music genre. On arrival at each location the app triggers a variety of challenges, they solve riddles, create photos and videos of ‘festival moments and also research facts on the supporting festival website. The team with the most points at the end, wins.
Learning Outcomes:
Global Festival Game sparks memories and conversation in teams developing bonds. The game stages encourage participants to review and improve their problem-solving skills and processes. By learning to gather and communicate the information effectively, they see a return on their improvement as they gain points for their team and knowledge of the music industry. Limited time and resources put team dynamics to the test, challenging them to be creative and look for opportunity. Each zone allows the allocation of tasks to specific team members, so they can play to their strengths for the overall benefit of the team.


CHAIN REACTION
In Chain Reaction Table Top teams are supplied with a game board and a set of detailed idea cards which they discuss with their group. They share these ideas with other teams to develop a strategy for their overall contraption. Each team designs, builds and tests a number of simple machines. They join them together and retest. Next they join their series of simple machines to the next teams simple machines and work together to ensure it flows from one to the next. Once the contraption is complete and tested, in a grand finale the device is trigger and cascades through each of the simple machines. Much like A Rube Goldberg machine intentionally designed to perform a simple task in an indirect and over-complicated fashion the final action triggers a simple yet amazing final action.
Learning Outcomes:
Collaboration between the teams to share knowledge and resources is imperative to success and to extend the limits of creativity. Teams work to develop a common vision, developing a shared strategy which they put into place by applying excellent project and resource management skills. Successful teams understand the task, the cards, assess available resources, make a rough plan and then throughout construction, they appraise, and accordingly adapt and modify their initial plan. In the testing stages teams learn to be persistent in the face of difficulty with an eye for detail in working towards excellence. Chain Reaction develops a true sense of common purpose and a memorable shared experience when their efforts are rewarded with success!




CSI LA HACIENDA
CSI La Hacienda is an immersive 360 whodunnit team-building activity in which teams sharpen their deductive reasoning and collaborative decision making. Teams collaborate face-to-face to attempt to solve the mystery of the death of Roberto Gonzalez at his Hacienda. With the help of a very well-prepared detective briefcase, live evidence and a helpful web-based 360 Virtual Touring Platform, teams explore the Hacienda looking to solve the mystery in the Hacienda of the Gonzalez Family.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants in CSI La Hacienda employ keen observation to acquire information. Utilizing effective communication, they convey their findings to the team. Critical thinking and reflection will assist teams to analyse and interpret the facts. To reach a consensus, teams must use deductive reasoning and debate as they manage individual interpretations and conflicting opinions. Under time pressure, the teams who solve the mystery will employ divergent thinking in collaborative decision-making. This game challenges and develops team trust and unity.
