1. Kick-Off Meeting - 1 day

The Kickoff workshop is used to introduce the project teams, the organizations, the project goals, deliverables, timeline, and set of assumptions as the basis for developing KPIs for XO.Shop. Based on the provided information, we will structure the workflow for launching the e-commerce store between 15.09 & 01.10 in Macedonia.

2. Research, Analysis & Setup - 2-4 days

We first start by asking questions. Lots of them. What products & brands do you offer? Who will be the main target audience? What elements should be included? What are some no-go items? Which are the relevant KPIs? … etc. The idea is to gather as much information as possible to structure the team to continue working on launching the product.

In this stage, we identify competitors, risk factors and barriers - since your brand is completely new in Macedonia, there will be quite a few challenges. However, our team is experienced in working in this field.

We identify success factors (the few things that greatly increase the chances of success and the success criteria). These are used as input to create a Gantt chart with specific milestones for project success. We create a project environment either in Google Drive & Trello, where all elements are stored to increase the teams’ effectiveness. This ensures a common and consistent way of working and provides the basis for a fast start for new assignments.

3. Planning - 2 days

We take our creative brief and create a logistical game plan to implement it. We map out the necessary assets, access to platforms, put down a schedule, and get moving. Since we already launched e-commerce stores in Macedonia and beyond (Ledikom, Jugoexport, Tudors, Atika etc.), things should move smoothly in this area.

4. Implementation - 1-2 weeks

The focus should be in 5 different areas:

  • Website - Optimizing a unique digital presence while focusing on our target audience. This means that the mobile version comes first, as over 90% of visitors will come from iPhone or Android.
  • Marketing strategy - Target audience, KPIs, competitive advantages, go to market strategy...we can go all day here. What is most important is to define and develop a digital sales funnel.
  • Branding - We need to stand out among the competition, and there is only one chance for a first impression.
  • Campaigns - No channel is safe. As Macedonia is a small market, we will determine the most appropriate channels for ads based on the defined budget. Based on the sales funnel, we will develop strategies for reach and retargeting, utilizing Facebooks Power Tools, as well as Google's GDN/SEM campaigns to check each of our objectives.

5. Control & Revisions - ongoing

We present our work and carry out revisions to scale. We continue with ad campaigns which satisfy our ROAs (Return on advertising spend) and cut the slack.

The more important aspect than the number of fans is the level of interaction (number of likes, comments and shares) on a weekly basis, which is shown in the figure below.

From this aspect, Ledikom Mobile Store is indisputable in Macedonia, often achieving a higher level of interaction (last column) than all top 10 competitors together. Attached are statistics for the level of interaction (marked in the last column).

Ledikom's marketing strategy also includes strong influencer collaborations, with videos gaining over 50,000 views, as shown below.

HYUNDAI - Complete digital marketing

Responsible for the complete digital marketing of Hyundai in North Macedonia and the successful launch in the Kosovo region. Included all digital media, website development and event management.

The Hyundai Macedonia fan page is consistently the leader in the automotive industry on Facebook and Instagram in Macedonia on a weekly basis. The fan page is in the first place in Macedonia among automotive brands according to the number of fans (100,000+ on social networks) and the level of interaction.

In addition, the fan page in certain periods is also in the first place with activity compared to all Hyundai fan pages in Europe, and less often in the first place at the world level. Attached are weekly activity statistics (last column) compared to other Hyundai fan sites, as well as sample social media content.
