- xSource will create a new email account for correspondence and communication with the clients/lenders/third parties on behalf of the Broker.
- xSource will set up an automatic forwarding to the email account we use; particularly welcome for the notifications coming through from Lenders, thus we get acknowledged to action straightaway.
- xSource will Create a VOIP line for Virtual assistant (VA) to be able to answer incoming calls on behalf of the Broker.
- xSource would require a list of BDMs and Lenders you are accredited with.
- Communication with your potential clients, assisting them to understand the process itself and the procedure going forward.
- Arranging meetings between you and your clients.
- Creating a lead on Salestrekker, inviting a client on Salestrekker’s Client Portal or providing them with a fillable Fact Find copy via email; and obtaining all the supporting documents onward.
- VEDA checks.
- Once the deal is ready for data entry and lodgement, VA will send a request and your instructions to our Processing Team to prepare the required set of documents on behalf of you (compliance and lender application forms).
- No longer than 24 hours upon the request is sent through – our Processing team will provide the documents to be signed and list of outstandings prior to the Submission.
- VA will liaise with you/clients to respond the questions and obtain signed copies for our Team to proceed ASAP.
- VA will provide the regular updates for Broker/Clients/Builders/Solicitors/etc on current status of the loan, all along until the Settlement. The status of active deals will be reviewed 2-3 times a week. It can be daily, when applicable.
- Escalation with BDM, Assessors, Valuation Companies, Solicitors etc.
- Obtaining an additional documentation/information from the clients, upon request.
- Valuation Request Submission – processing team may assist VA.
- Pricing Approval Request – processing team may assist VA.
- Completing any additional forms on request, such as Discharge Authority Forms, FHOG Forms, MAV Form, etc.
- VA reminds Broker of Pre-Approval expiry, 7 days prior it comes, and arrange the extension if applicable.
- Organising both Discharge and Settlement Stage.
- Communication with your existing clients and support with any issue they might have.
- Managing post-settlement milestones (clients’ birthdays, fixed rate/interest only expire dates etc).
- Managing switching requests they might have going forwards.
- Regular post-settlement support.
- Creating templates, task/marketing automation and reminders – Salestrekker support team may assist.
- All the correspondence with xSource/clients/lenders/third parties will be properly saved into the Salestrekker for your reference, on a daily basis.
- The workflows – your leads’/deals’ information will be updated all along the progress we make, on a daily basis.
In addition to the above:
- VA will be able to reset Broker’s Portal logins, to sort out any issue in relation to login or credentials etc.
Starting from $2,800 + GST for VA part time service + 5 applications for loan processing
