The Royal Pre-Season Cup 2023 is a chance for players, coaches, and parents to experience top-level competition while exploring all that London, UK has to offer. For the duration of the trip, players will be staying together, training with professional coaches, and facing top English professional academies.

Tournament Format

Age groups will be divided into 4 per group, where all the teams in each group will play against each other.

Each win gives a team 3 points, each tie will give a team 1 point, and a loss will not give any points.

Teams will then advance into a playoff final and consolation games.

Each team is guaranteed at least 1 game against a top academy team.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you should connect with GSE immediately via email or phone call. Certain fees will apply depending on your cancelation case and will be calculated as of the date GSE receives written notice of cancelation.

Cancelation Fee Schedule:

Minimum fee of $100 per person

90 to 61 days before departure - 25% of the total trip price

60 to 46 days before departure - 50% of the total trip price

45 to 0 days prior to departure - 100% of the total trip price

Exceptions:

Full reimbursement will be applied in the case of:

  • Traveler cannot travel because of a valid medical reason (e.g. illness, season-ending injury, etc.)
  • Tournament gets canceled
