Walt Disney World is calling your choir!

Inspired by the dreams of Walt Disney, this Orlando theme park complex has evolved into the world's largest and most visited recreational resort.

Dedicated to the entertainment and education of children, Disney Performing Arts is a program for bands, orchestras, choirs, and dance teams that provides a showcase for your group's hard work and talent. In addition to performances of a lifetime in front of a Disney audience, the program offers access to the four famous parks: The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Students will have the opportunity to perform at a Disney park venue for an excited, engaged, and appreciative audience. Let yourself be immersed in all the magic Disney has to offer as you share your music with your fellow park visitors!

Your group will have the rare opportunity to hone their craft while learning from real working artists in the industry, both from Disney and beyond. Students will also have the invaluable experience of practicing, learning, and performing in unfamiliar settings and in front of new faces. This refreshing break from the normal routine provides exposure to other perspectives while serving as a positive and empowering reminder that when it comes to working in entertainment, one must expect the unexpected!

Next, spend time exploring EPCOT, including the World Showcase, highlighting the international culture of eleven countries, and Future World, dedicated to technological innovation.

Today, visit Magic Kingdom. Inspired by the original Disneyland theme park in California, Magic Kingdom was opened in October of 1971. Its six “lands”: Main Street USA; Adventureland; Liberty Square; Frontierland; Fantasyland; and Tomorrowland, still make up today’s park. New rides and attractions are added often in addition to the most popular that remain and continue to be enjoyed, such as Space Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean. Visitors throughout the park also have the opportunity to meet and greet their favorite Disney characters, adding to the magic of the park.

Enjoy lunch on your own in small chaperoned groups.

This afternoon, Encore's Youth Choir will perform an afternoon concert at Disney’s Waterside Stage. After your performance, return to Magic Kingdom and continue to enjoy the magic of Disney!
