  • Time To Vote - Time to Vote is a nonpartisan movement focused on ensuring that workers don't need to choose between earning a paycheck and casting a ballot. There is no cost to participate. Participation includes giving employees access to and information about early voting or vote-by-mail options and strategies such as offering paid time off on Election Day or making it a day without meetings. To join, your CEO or company leadership must pledge to ensure that your employees have the time they need to cast their ballots.


  • Civic Alliance - Civic Alliance is a nonpartisan coalition with no cost to participate. The Civic Alliance hosts educational events and free resources, such as guides to writing communications about upcoming elections. To join, your company must affirm its commitment to the "Civic Alliance Pledge" which includes commitment to: Encourage our American audiences to participate in election, Empower our U.S. employees to vote and be civically active and Champion civic engagement opportunities in our U.S. communities.


  • Business For America - BFA is a membership network, with paid membership open to public and privately-held businesses of all sizes as well as business groups and trade associations. For members, they offer consulting services to develop civic strategies aligned with business goals as well as thought leadership opportunities through forums with other member companies. They also provide educational events and learning opportunities that are open to all.

  • Vote411 - Maintained by the League of Women Voters, this website contains information on voting rules in all 50 states and lists upcoming elections/deadlines. It may also contain ballot guides when candidates respond to LWV questionnaires.
  • Vote.gov - The official voter registration website of the US federal government, this website contains information on voting rules in all 50 states and high-level guidance

  • Motivote - Motivote offers a branded dashboard with gamified voting readiness actions. The main differentiators are ability to do teams, competitions and rewards to encourage participation. Organizations can also add their own 'custom actions' to incentivize other actions you want participants to take. Motivote offers a widget that can be featured on your own website. Motivote will send email/text reminders when past users have upcoming elections or deadlines, which are branded as the organizational partner.
  • BallotReady - BallotReady offers a standalone ballot guide resource that provides nonpartisan overviews of who is running for office at national through local levels. In addition to their free ballot resource, organizations can pay for candidate/endorsement guides. They also offer a branded 'voting center' with features for registering and making a plan to vote. BallotReady offers a widget that can be featured on your own website.
  • Turbovote - Organizations can pay for a branded version of Turbovote, which is primarily focused on support with registration but also contains information on voting rules in all 50 states. Turbovote will send email/text reminders when past users have upcoming elections or deadlines, which are branded as Turbovote.
  • Vote.org - Vote.org features information about voting rules in all 50 states, and has free and paid version of embeddable forms for different voting readiness tasks, like checking your registration status and requesting an absentee ballot. The forms can be embedded on your own website or you can link out to vote.org, but they cannot be visually customized. Vote.org will send email/text reminders when past users have upcoming elections or deadlines, which are branded as vote.org.

Connect employees/customers with opportunities to volunteer with and/or donate to civic nonprofits.

These civic nonprofits can provide resources, such as sharable information on topics like voter registration and Voter ID requirements, and you can feature them if you want to create civic-focused volunteer or giving opportunities.


Recruit and encourage employees/customers to become pollworkers.

Pollworkers are critical to running safe, fair an efficient elections — without them, voters face long lines and polling places may not even be able to open. Companies can encourage employees and customers to sign up for the opportunity, which is often paid.
