Our Hamilton Story

In 1972, Kevin Crone Sr. brought Dale Carnegie Training to Hamilton with one belief: that the leaders, owners, and people of this city deserved world-class development without leaving home.Over the last five decades, we have worked with hundreds of Hamilton organizations, helping them build confidence, sharpen communication, and develop leaders who perform under pressure.

Today, that legacy continues. Kevin Crone Jr. and Troy Treleaven, now owners of the Dale Carnegie Business Group and co-hosts of the Canadians Leading with Impact podcast, are carrying that mission forward, in partnership with Hamilton’s most respected business leaders.
