Technical Sales Wizard

Hello! We are Meeshkan, and we are recruiting someone to lead up efforts in technical sales.

Meeshkan makes the world's first DevOps bot for Machine Learning teams as well as unmock.io.

Selling Meeshkan to companies is a joyous act of co-creation, where we listen to the problems they have with Machine Learning and identify how these problems can be solved through our novel approach to interactive Machine Learning. We are looking for an empathetic, enthusiastic person that can help identify companies for whom Meeshkan provides value and partner with these companies so that they can succeed.


What we'd like to see

Here are some of the skills that are important to us. Having all of them is not important, but having most of them is.

  • Effectively lead and orchestrate the Meeshkan´s sales efforts to successfully identify, negotiate and close business.
  • Thoroughly map out the domain of applicable verticals, ascertaining industries’ readiness to undertake exploratory PoCs around interactive Machine Learning (www.meeshkan.com) and continuous integration (www.unmock.io).
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Leverage fluent industry, customer, Meeshkan, and competitor knowledge to develop and communicate a winning strategy.
  • Articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure appropriate implementation services and post-deployment support is in place to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • As Head of Sales, develop client-focused and differentiated solutions, and inspire a growing sales team.
  • Experience selling software and solutions to global enterprise customers.
  • Ability to quickly understand customers problems, business needs and objectives.
  • The ability to quickly suggest pivots and course corrections based on market opportunities and engineering developments.
  • Strong, proven track record of consistently exceeding quota using a consultative/solution selling approach.
  • Demonstrated experience selling technology to senior business decision-makers by reinforcing the value of the technology to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities.
  • Proven record of effective account management, including account planning, opportunity generation and management. Well organized, pragmatic execution skills.
  • Technology savvy; strong experience in business models and building pricing strategies.
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set and great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience from working both in larger and smaller companies (small teams with mutable roles) within international operations.
  • Comfortable with directly working with engineers to construct demos, POC´s and MVPs as part of the hands-on sales process.
