Perform in Croatia with your choir!
This exciting tour of Croatia will whisk you into a world of immense beauty, culture, history, and most importantly, music.
As early as the early 15th century in Croatia, music spread beyond the walls of the church and was influenced by Central Europe and the Mediterranean. The traditional folk music of Croatia is associated with Ganga, a passionate style of singing characterized by an individual singer who sings one line of lyrics followed by others joining in. Tamburica or tamboura, another form of folk music, is the national string instrument, gaining popularity in the 1800s. Croatian music often centers around love and happy village life.
Enjoy your concert tour of Croatia, and let yourself be immersed in all that these countries have to offer as you share your music with local people.
