A review of research by Alex X. Niemiera, a horticulturist at Virginia Tech, found that a well-landscaped home had a significant price advantage over a home with no landscaping. That advantage ranged from 5.5 percent to 12.7 percent. That translates into an extra $16,500 to $38,100 in value on a $300,000 home.

Hi there! I'm Tim Reynolds, the owner of Reynolds Landscaping. After having a bad experience as a manager of another landscaping company, I thought it was time to do things differently to better serve our community.

Comprehensive Residential Landscape Management

We have over two decades in professional landscape experience. This means that not only do we know the technical aspects of designing and maintaining residential properties, we also understand how to work well with our clients to make sure their experience working with us is as stellar as their yard itself.

We have developed sophisticated and automated sprinkler systems that we incorporate into our landscaping design and upkeep programs. We are skilled in installation as well as repairs, and understand how to incorporate weather patterns into our irrigation plan to maximize environmental efficiency.

Step 1: Design

During our initial discussion, you provided us with a vision for your property that was defined by symmetrical, clean design with an open concept to truly bring out the space of your yard. We plan to use this inspiration as we prepare to put together a completely customized plan for your property that leverages the unique opportunities found at Infinite Loop Cupertino, CA 95014.

To put this process into motion, we will schedule a time to meet with you at the property to finalize a landscape architecture plan for your property. We will bring sample plants, discuss ideas, walk you through our questionnaire, and complete all other preliminary components before we begin crafting your masterpiece.

Step 2: Execution

As mentioned in our initial discovery meeting, Tuesdays are the best day for us to come and work on your property. We will build an agronomic calendar similar to the one below and cater it to your schedule.

The calendar will be constructed with Google sheets, so we can collaborate, share notes, and discuss ideas in real time. We will invite Jana Cervantes to a folder where we will keep an updated calendar as well as a log document on your property.

Terms and Conditions

Work

We will manage the materials and labor needed to meet your goals for {client_address}. All laborers will be legal citizens employed by Reynolds Landscaping.

Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, all materials used in construction will be new. We agree to comply with all fire and building codes, as well as following health and safety legislation for all work conducted on {client_name}’s property.

Insurance

Reynolds Landscaping agrees to provide general liability insurance as part of our work on {client_name}’s property.

Liability

Reynolds Landscaping agrees to take full responsibility for any damages caused to the property during the performance of work.

{client_name} understands that we shall not be held responsible for any damages not caused by our work on the property.

Permits, Licensing and Legal

This agreement is made in accordance with the laws of {state} and both parties acknowledge they have the power to enter into it.

Reynolds Landscaping agrees to maintain an active landscaping license as well as any other necessary permits needed to legally engage with the agreed work scope.

Reynolds Landscaping will not engage in any unlawful activities or commit activities that violate city or state ordinances, codes, or laws. Reynolds Landscaping has the right to discontinue work upon discovery of any such behavior by {client_name}.

Debris Removal

After the completion of work, Reynolds Landscaping agrees to remove all debris from the premises, leaving the site looking clean and undisturbed.

Property Lines

{client_name} agrees to provide all information on property lines, including utility and other subsurface lines. {client_name} understands that this information may be critical to work plans and will not hold us accountable for any damages that result from incorrect information provided to us.

Payments

All payments are due within 21 days of being invoiced. Reynolds Landscaping will keep a card on file to bill if payment has not been received by the time the invoice is due.
