    1 - Lead Generation

  • We process lead generation in Sydney. Our lead gen team will search and filter qualify leads from Google base on their business category, Google ranking, online aspects, and special offers
  • 2 - Pre-listing (free)

  • Our data entry team will upload the qualified lead to the Directory website. Pre-listing accounts are not able to use any of our value added services such as online booking, online ordering, loyalty program, business video, digital campaigns, SEO or other related services
  • 3 - Invitation for active listing

  • All pre-listed leads will be invited by email (EDM conducted by Sydney team). We will monitor the email status and proceed to the following steps:
  • Leads who opened their invitation for the first time - the second email will be sent to the business owner - the lead will be assigned to our local BDM to proceed further.
  • Leads who didn't open the invitation - we will repeat the process or get in touch with the leads by a phone call until we get in touch with the business owner - the lead will be assigned to local BDM
  • 4 - Tracking & Monitoring of sales emails

  • ZOHO CRM
  • We established our sales and account management operation with ZOHO CRM. We manage the entire sales process as well as account management from Lead Generation - Email sending and Tracking - Leads and account assignment - Opportunities - Products - Sales quotation - Deal closing - Invoicing - Account management
  • All sales emails send from the ZOHO CRM are tracked for opening, time opened, bounce, and unsubscribe. Our lead gen team leader
  • Qwilr - Online presentation system
  • All product sales presentations are designed and set on Qwilr system, which allows us to track all online activities of our presentations sent to target leads and accounts. (see screenshots below)

  • We update and follow up sales with the updated analysis from each presentation we sent to target leads. We contact target customers at the right time and feed them with info for the topics they most interest.
  • 5 - Conducting sales

    All sales will be completed and registered on CRM under the account of the BDM.

    Sales procedures:

    a. Quotation send to the client

    b. Online purchase order/subscribe agreement signed by the clientele

  • BDM to collect info from the client for the initial setup for the solution they purchase/subscribe
  • Direct debit form to be completed and signed by the client (we use Ezidebit)
  • Initial setup implement (within 7 working days)
  • BDM contact their client to activate the service and provide a simple training
  • Account billing support and technical support will be managed by Sydney office and solution service providers
  • Sales Commission

    6 - Sales commission

  • BBL will provide a recurrent commission to all BDM subject to their accounts subscribe and pay up to date. The commission will be terminated after 30 days the BDM resigned from their position in BBL.
  • Sales commission will be paid automatically direct to the nominated bank account after the full payment received from accounts under their management.
  • Payment method - Direct Debit
  • All clients and their information belong to BBL. All commissions will be terminated after 30 days the BDM resigned from their position in BBL.
  • Following commission rates are estimated based on the partnership arrangement with "a wholesale pricing" as an exclusive sales channel of our solution service providers (commissions are subject to change with a 14 days notice, subject to price changes by our service providers)
