What is Rubberband?
Rubberband is an online support group for those working in the Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Industries. The Rubberband forum is a group dedicated to supporting each other through the highs and lows of our demanding Industry. We support each other through empowerment and positivity. We provide tips and share advice to help us navigate through the challenges we face day to day. You may be struggling with capacity; you may be devastated that a recent placement fell through. Or you simply may want to reach out for some advice. Whatever reason it may be, we are a group of Industry peers ready to listen, and help.
