• Format
  • This is a one day 11 a-side tournament with games taking place on Saturday August 12th.
  • The tournament will be divided into groups of 3 or 4 teams, where all the teams in each group will play against each other.
  • Groups will be decided with 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw. Goal differential as a tie-breaker.
  • Teams will advance to a playoff final or consolation games.
  • Each team will play a minimum of 3 games.
  • All games will have 1 centre referee & 2 assistants.
• Age Groups for the 2023/24 Season
  • Boys: U14, U16, U19.
  • Girls: U14, U16, U19.

    • Royal Pre-Season Cup - 3 Games guaranteed
  • Sunday August 13
    • Morning Windsor Castle
    • Afternoon closing ceremony and BBQ.

    • Morning departure to London Airport and onto USA.

6 Nights Package (Tuesday August 8 - Monday August 14)

• Team and staff stay at Bradfield College.
• All meals included (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Transportation - Shuttle from and to London Heathrow Airport and for all the needs of the tour.
• Chelsea FC or Wembley Stadium Tour and Museum.
• Windsor Castle Visit (extra cost to enter the castle).
• 2 Training Sessions pre-event.
• Royal Pre-Season Cup entry fee.
• Ticket to Premier League or EFL Championship game (extra cost if available based on schedule).

If you need to cancel your reservation, you should connect with GSE immediately via email or phone call. Certain fees will apply depending on your cancelation case, and will be calculated as of the date GSE receives written notice of cancelation.

Cancelation Fee Schedule:

Minimum fee is $100 per person.

90 to 61 days before departure is 25% of the trip price.

60 to 46 days before departure is 50% of the trip price.

45 to 0 days prior to departure is 100% of the trip price.

Full reimbursement will be applied in the case of:

Traveler cannot travel because of a valid medical reason (e.g. illness, season ending injury).

Tournament gets cancelled.
