Consent to Disclose Personal Information and acknowledgement to Grow Capital Australia

I/ We acknowledge that GCA Finance are not qualified to give legal advice and I/we should seek legal advice in relation to the purchase, loan application, insurance, mortgage documentation, grants, loan guarantees, loan contracts and any other information requiring legal advice. Government fees and charges should also be confirmed with yourown legal advice.

I/we acknowledge that GCA Finance are not qualified tax accountants and may not be investment advisors and I/we should seek professional taxation and investment advice in relation to the application, purchase and for any other information regarding these professional services.

I/we acknowledge that GCA Finance has not given advice, recommendations or suggestions in relation to self certification or low documentation loan income figures

I/we acknowledge that GCA Finance has not given advice in relation to expected movement of future interest rates

I/we acknowledge that GCA Finance has not given any advice or recommendations in relation to savings or deposit accounts.

I/we acknowledge that interest rates, fees and charges quoted by GCA Finance are supplied by various lenders, mortgage managers and Connective Services Pty Ltd. Therefore GCA Finance takes no further responsibility for their accuracy. All rates are indicative only and are subject to change.

I/we acknowledge that if I/we have selected a fixed interest rate, the rate secured may be the rate applicable on the settlement day. Some lenders may have a Rate guarantee option. Please discuss this with your Finance Consultant.

I/we acknowledge that the GCA Finance consultant is not an agent for and acts independently of the lender

I/we acknowledge that the loan application is subject to the lenders approval processes and the GCA Finance Consultant is unable to provide approvals until the application has been assessed and has met the lenders criteria.

I/we acknowledge that GCA Finance may receive or pay a fee for referring/ being referred facilities to/ from affiliated organisations. For Asset finance this is $550+ GST for Loans less than $50,000 and 1% of the loan amount for Loans > $50,000

I/we acknowledge that the products and services offered by affiliated organisations are taken at my/our own discretion and risk. GCA Finance also suggests seeking professional legal, taxation, financial advice in relation to these transactions. Grow Capital Australia takes no further responsibility for the products and services offered by affiliated institutions.

I/we acknowledge that our consultant has provided a copy of the credit services guide outlining how we are paid and our customer dispute resolution process.

I/we acknowledge that the consultant has provided a copy of a credit proposal disclosure document for all residential mortgage and personal finance applications.

PURPOSE FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

You agree that we may collect, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:

1. processing and tracking your requested services and products;

2. processing commission payments;

3. marketing and sales promotion;

4. administrative operations including statistical reports, accounting, record keeping, development and testing of systems and the training of staff and Appointed Credit Service Providers;

5. complying with legislative and regulatory requirements (including requirements of self-regulatory bodies); and

6. developing, establishing and administering alliances and other arrangements with other organisations relating to the promotion, administration and use of our respective products and services.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

You agree and consent that we may disclose your personal information to each other (including related entities, employees, contractors, agents and persons otherwise engaged). You also agree and consent that we may disclose your personal information to the following types of persons and organisations for the purposes outlined above:

1. Banks, Financial institutions,Credit Reporting agencies and other product or service providers;

2. organisations with whom Grow Capital Australia has alliances and other arrangements and organisations considering an alliance, investment, or other arrangement with Grow Capital Australia;

3. consultants, advisers and experts; and

4. related entities, employees, contractors, agents and persons otherwise engaged by any of the above.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

All your personal information held by GCA Finance (Grow Capital Australia Pty Ltd ATF Cookie Investment Trust) will be used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available from GCA Finance.

Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you can arrange access to your personal information held by us by calling your GCA Finance office on 0499 772 112.
