  • This is a full time permanent role with no weekend work. An attractive salary package including base, super, company van and incentive scheme is on offer.



THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

  • Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for high end, high quality installations of blinds, shutters and window furnishings - this company values quality over speed!
  • You will be providing quality installation services of premium products in customer's homes or businesses
  • Work with the managers & key partners to assist with servicing existing customers & growing the business by attracting new customers (like Facility Mgrs to service their buildings with the products) - and then building a team around yourself!
  • The role requires you to have a passion for customer satisfaction, and a commitment to becoming an experienced Window Furnishing Technician, who takes pride in their work to deliver quality workmanship.
  • Additionally, you will also grow into a service Technician - learning to expand business opportunities within existing clients and start to identify and look out for new opportunities
  • You will visit displays, make sure product samples are in order and up to date and presented in a professional manner
  • Liaising with the Customer Care Team to coordinate your appointments and liaising with clients for any installations or warranties
  • Educate customers on the safety features and safe handling of products
  • Identify any technical faults and resolve any installation issues in a timely manner, assist with reseller training and deliver orders to our resellers from time to time


THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Demonstrable experience installing window coverings, shades, facades or automations and wanting to step into a broader, more rewarding role - both professionally and financially!
  • Maintain a current Construction Induction Card (White Card)Ensure the electrical tools and equipment you use are tested and tagged
  • Work to and understand safe work practices and a strong commitment to leaving work sites clean and presentable
  • You are proactive, enjoy learning and growing within a role and are driven to build your profile within this niche market - you are self managed... you know what needs to be done!
  • Strong ability to influence and foster ongoing relationships.
  • A commitment to sustainable luxury and a true appreciation for high quality, beautiful things!
  • A demonstrated commitment to providing a superior customer experience and you are highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Most importantly you are dynamic, energetic, have the ability to pivot and think on your feet and enjoy working with like minded people
