🌠 Your Arctic Aurora Experience Details 🌠

Season: Experience the Arctic's mystique from September 1st to April 7th
Experience: Engage with the celestial dance of the Northern Lights. We drive you back to your hotel after the tour. There is no sleep-over on this trip.
Location: Unfold the Arctic narrative in Tromsø, Norway
Investment: Embark on a priceless adventure from only NOK 2100 (approx. EUR 184,- as of March 2th 2024). Day 2 is from NOK. 2000, and all additional days are from NOK. 1900.
Gathering Point: Your journey to the stars begins at the iconic Scandic Ishavshotel
Time to Embark: Depending on the month and amount of daylight, pick-up times such as 1700, 1730, 1800, 1830, 1900, and 1930 might be available upon booking
How many: Up to 15 guests pr group
Transportation: We normally use minibuses, 17-seaters

🌌 Booking Tips:

- It's wise to book 2-3 Northern Lights tours before arriving in Tromsø. 1 day is a massive gamble

- Packages range from 1 to 5 days. For the best chances, consider multiple days

- Want more adventure? Combine Whale and Fjord tours with your Lights experience

🔥 The Experience:

- Enjoy the wilderness with cozy campfires, when possible

- Tours can stretch across Norway, Sweden, and even Finland in search of the perfect spot

- We often drive long distances, escaping coastal clouds, to find clear skies

📍 Pick-Up & Locations:

- We start from Tromsø city center

- Bad weather in Tromsø? We find better locations, even crossing borders if needed

🍲 Comfort On The Go:

- Stay warm with unlimited food and drinks

- Regular toilet breaks ensure your comfort

⏰ Timing:

- Tours can last up to 10 hours, potentially ending as late as 3am to give you the best shot at witnessing the lights. Because of this, it's best not to plan early tours the next day

✨ Flexibility & Pricing:

- Need to change dates or tours? No problem and no extra charge

- Book additional lights minibus tours and get NOK. 100,- off for day one, and 200,- off for all additional days

- If the weather looks bad, we'll offer options: cancel, full refund, or reschedule.

- If the Northern Lights don't appear, refunds or free additional trips aren't provided.
🌌 Schedule Update:

2024/2025-season; embrace the magic of the Aurora Borealis every Wednesday to Sunday in September and October, starting on September 4th. Starting from November 1st, our tours will run daily up until April 6th.
👚 Gear & Comfort:
No need to send us your clothing or shoe sizes in advance! After we pick you up, we'll take you to our base where you can find the perfect fit.
Bring your own tripod if you are taking pictures. We do not have tripods for rent.
⏰ Duration & Distance:
Our expeditions typically last between 7 to 10 hours. The driving distance is determined by our pursuit of clear skies, ensuring the optimal Northern Lights viewing experience.
