This quote highlights the base package inclusions at your chosen venue, tailored to your initial preferences. From here, you’ll have the option to explore add-ons and upgrades during the planning process, so we can create your dream wedding with pricing customised to your perfect day.
To secure your package, a first payment of AUD $500 (part of the total planning fee of AUD $1200) is required to secure our services. Once the $500 payment is received, the venue will then require a 30% venue deposit. These deposits confirm your selected venue, locks in your preferred date & quoted package, and sets up your personalised monthly payment plan — officially locking in your wedding date and venue.

- Conduct: Professional, fluent English-speaking Easy Weddings face onsite
- Setup Oversight: Checks all setup details with additional assistants on hand to perfect every detail
- VIP Care: Dedicated support team to personally assist VIP family and bridal party throughout the day
- Supplier Liaison: Confirms, briefs & runsheets, and manages all suppliers throughout the event
- Photo Support: Bride & Groom Assistants dedicated to prep and photo sessions; extra assistant ensures smooth flow
- Bridal/Groom Support: Bride Assistant + Groom Assistant — personalised support for both sides of the bridal party
