IDA is delighted to present a bespoke team trip to Toronto designed for players, coaches and officials of Medeama SC to experience everything that 'The Six' has to offer. During this experience, attendees will compete against Toronto-based academy and club teams, have access to world-class training facilities, see the sights of the city, and attend a Canadian Premier League/MLS game.
Players and coaches will stay in 4-star accommodation within close proximity to professional training facilities to allow for full focus during the training elements of the trip. Meals will be served on-site but we will also be able to make reservations should you wish to organize an evening meal externally.
The operations of all tour logistics will be managed by our partner Global Sports Experiences
- 7 nights accommodation for players and staff in 4-star hotels based on double occupancy. Please note that single and triple rooms may be available.
- Full board with three meals per day - breakfast, lunch, dinner.
- Transportation to meet all tour requirements.
- We have included sightseeing events such as a Toronto city sightseeing tour and Niagara Falls.
- Training Sessions with your own coaches and options to train at academy locations with professional club coaches.

Clarity and consistency from our initial contact to the last day of your tour and beyond. All tour schedules are based on your input to fit your ideal goals and needs. This is your experience - our only role is to ensure we meet your expectations whilst providing expert knowledge and support. We take care of everything from registrations, finances, logistics, flights, and more.
Staff
We take care of everything off the field so your staff can focus on everything on the field! Our staff possess expert knowledge from registration to delivery as they are immersed in the local soccer environment. Once your tour starts we will provide bilingual guides and tour directors to ensure the best possible experience.
On-Field Product
We are committed to on-field excellence from games and training, facilities, equipment, and beyond. We can arrange training sessions at top professional clubs and even training centers for the national teams. We can manage games against the correct level local opposition or support your travel to elite international tournaments.
Accommodations
We can provide a range of top-level accommodation options to meet the needs of your group. From 4 star city center hotels to all inclusive resort facilities and everything in between.
All-Inclusive or half board
We can provide full-board options, half board or even just bed and breakfast depending on the needs of your group. We also manage any dietary or medical restrictions to ensure your coaches, players, and supporters are fully taken care of.

We work directly with our travel partners so no third-party fees or hidden expenses. We want you to be aware of all the elements involved in putting together your event We work within your budget to ensure everyone can experience international travel.
Sightseeing and Cultural Experiences
We want to make sure that your trip is not just soccer, this is your opportunity to experience some incredible locations and destinations. We will plan events around your input, from stadium tours to guided visits of some of the most famous locations int he world we are here to help!
HOTELS AND TRANSPORTATION
- Accommodation: Players and staff will stay in top rated city center hotels. Accommodation will be double rooms but we can provide single and triple options.
- Transportation: We will provide transportation for all activities. This may be in the form of executive busses, tickets for public transport such as metro trains or even small 8 seater vans based on the best otpions to meet your itinerary.
- Food: Breakfast will be at your hotel with lunch and dinner options being at the hotel or local restaurants and bistros.
- Dietary Accommodations: Participants with dietary restrictions will find meals tailored to their needs available during the trip. Closer to the departure date, we will collect information regarding any allergies or dietary preferences to ensure everyone's needs are met.
HOW FLEXIBLE IS THE SCHEDULE?
- Please note that the schedule can and probably will change based on time of your games, weather and other unforeseen circumstances. However, everything we state will happen in your schedule will take place but the order may change.
- This is your tour and our role is to facilitate the best possible experience. We will continue to discuss the schedule with your organization and make suggestions on options that could be added.
TRAVEL QUESTIONS
- Flight Options: GSE may be able to offer a group flight option though our travel partner. Group flights usually require a minimum number of people and will be limited to one departure date and one return date only. We will make this available for sign up by the group buy you also have the option of booking your own flight. If you book your own flight then you will be responsible for coordinating your meet up with the group.
- Passport Requirements: A valid passport is essential for travel. You should also check to see if you require a visa for travel from your home country. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the departure date from the originating country
- Cash Recommendations: While credit cards and ApplePay are widely accepted, it's advisable to carry some cash for added convenience during your travels.
- Language and Cultural Assistance: A GSE representative will be available 24/7 during the trip offering assistance for all travelers, specially to those that may not speak the language or are unfamiliar with the local culture.
- Extra Activities: There will be additional activities, at extra cost, offered to the group during your experience.
