A life-long Alaskan, has been a commercial building manager since 2006. She has education in accounting, real estate management, as well as mortgage lending.

Head of Maintenance – Ed Ledoux

Ed Ledoux has worked in construction and maintenance for 7+ years. He has been RSD’s Head of Maintenance since June 2018.

These folks are consistently upgrading and improving their Properties and their Janitorial Staff does an excellent job of cleaning the tenant offices while being circumspect about tenant privacy and property.
