Musa Unene
People & Talent Specialist, Partner

Musa is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with over 8 years of facilitation, coaching, and talent development experience. He is the founder of Kulture Labs Training & Team building, a consulting business that partners with organizations to create a culture of compassion, collaboration, and lifelong learning. He is dedicated to inspiring and supporting people to recognize and build their capacity, knowledge, and experience to transform all aspects of their life.


Chidule Banda
Business CX Lead & Associate Facilitator

Chidule is a holder of a B.An in Economics and business administration.

He is responsible for capturing insights from our team buildings and training and developing comprehensive reports and works with the client and the lead facilitator to co-create strategies and next steps. He brings analytics, startup experience, and a contemporary edge to the team to the business formulation.

Kashumba Kafunga
Admin Lead and & Training Facilitator

Kashumba is an Administrator, Business Development, and HR Generalist. She has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, training, coaching, training/meeting facilitation, and team building.

She takes the lead in; Developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning. She works on the curriculum teams as a subject matter expert and assists with the development of assessments, activities, and participant learning materials specific to the client's expected outcomes as part of the model learning program.

Belinda Robinson
Clarity 4D Vice President

Belinda is a qualified teacher and has worked in the field of skills training and people development for the past thirty-five years. She has extensive experience in the area of Leader-Shift, Cultural Awareness (your Cultural Pin Code), The 2D of Safely and Risk (your psychological response to safety), People/Team Efficiency Management through Team Retreats/Gatherings, Organizational Culture Assessments, Facilitating Company Communication and Change Management events, Contact Centers, Business-Wise and Continuous Improvement workshops, and of course Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
