Kulture Labs Amazing Race is an adventurous game adapted from the famous reality TV show—The Amazing Race—where teams drive or fly to new destinations to complete physical, mental, eating, cultural, and other challenges in competition with other teams. The first team to complete the final checkpoint wins. The game is well known for its fierceness as contestants strive to reach first to the end of the race to avoid elimination.
In this team-building setting, Amazing Race aims at gathering the team in one location to have fun while competing to win the challenge. This highly interactive game maintains its fast-paced environment while emphasizing fun, not just winning the competition. It allows the team to follow clues and complete checkpoint challenges. However, this game has been adapted to allow other race and relay games, which a team can play together as part of the Amazing Race game.

2 teams, 12 buckets, and 2 balls. The object of the game is to either throw or bounce the ball into the other team's buckets and eliminate all of the other team's buckets before they eliminate yours. The game typically consists of opposing teams of two or more players per side with buckets set up in a triangle formation on each side. Each team then takes turns attempting to throw balls into the opponent's buckets.
If a ball lands in a bucket, the bucket is removed with the option of stacking it in the remaining bucket. The first team to eliminate all of the opponent's buckets is the winner. For ages 10+.

After you agree to confirm that you wish to proceed with our services, we will complete a contract of service stating all terms of reference from both parties.
Training needs analysis is a process that helps us review the state of the organizational culture and its needs in terms of learning and development. This helps us to determine all the training that needs to be completed in a certain period to allow their team to complete their job as effectively as possible. In team building, this is very necessary as we will be able to curate activities that are aimed to address specific issues within the organization.
We like to co-create work plans with our clients as this aligns us with the best possible strategy. The planning includes setting dates, and modes of training either blended in-person workshops or online. We agree on how many people will partake in the training and set expectations.
We can create customized retreats for a group of any size, but it’s helpful for us to know how many people you’ll have so we can ensure you and your team get the most out of the experience. What kind of group will be participating in your event?

In order to maximize efficacy and get the most out of your retreat, it’s important to know how much time you and your group have. We’ll ensure that each second of the experience is properly used and your team remains engaged. Pairing one of our events with a larger meeting? Not a problem. We’ll be responsible for your team’s schedule and get them where they need to be.

Once the planning phase has been completed, we then move to the execution. To get the best out of the retreat we advise clients to start with the clarity 4D personality assessment. This helps us have a deeper understanding of the people we will be engaging with and also use the reports in building proper communication standards for the teams.

Business CX Lead & Associate Facilitator
Chidule is a holder of a B.An in Economics and business administration.
He is responsible for capturing insights from our team buildings and training and developing comprehensive reports and works with the client and the lead facilitator to co-create strategies and next steps. He brings analytics, startup experience, and a contemporary edge to the team to the business formulation.

Kashumba Kafunga
Admin Lead and & Training Facilitator
Kashumba is an Administrator, Business Development, and HR Generalist. She has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, training, coaching, training/meeting facilitation, and team building.
She takes the lead in; Developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning. She works on the curriculum teams as a subject matter expert and assists with the development of assessments, activities, and participant learning materials specific to the client's expected outcomes as part of the model learning program.

Belinda is a qualified teacher and has worked in the field of skills training and people development for the past thirty-five years.
