About the Summit
This will be a hiring event like no other. For months these National Guard cyber warriors have been deployed. All are TS/SCI cleared and will be looking for civilian career opportunities.
Only a limited number of companies will be participating in this unique event.
Why Sponsor?
Even before the event itself, soldiers will be matched to your open positions based on their qualifications and your needs.
At the event itself, your recruiters will have the opportunity to meet and interview soldiers both in a formal setting and afterward in an informal environment.
How it Works
Weeks before the event, your recruiters will submit job titles/descriptions. Based on your sponsorship level, your company will be matched with a number of qualified candidates. At the event itself, recruiters will meet the pre-vetted candidates and dozens of qualified soldiers.
The goal is to make this process highly effecient for both sponsor companies and job-seekers.
