Hedges Direct is one of the UK’s leading online hedge and plant retailers. With thousands of SKUs and a highly seasonal sales cycle, they needed a high-performing e-commerce platform that could flex with demand and deliver a smooth customer experience.

ITQ Commerce partnered with Hedges Direct in a two-phase engagement:

  • Phase 1: A full replatform from SellerDeck to Magento, combined with a complete UX/UI redesign.
  • Phase 2: Ongoing optimisation, performance tuning, and conversion uplift through continuous strategy and support.

Most recently, in collaboration with Mollie, we led a comprehensive checkout and payments optimisation project. Together, we created a seamless and flexible payment experience that directly contributed to higher conversion rates and improved customer satisfaction.
