With over 30 years of experience, the IDA team have helped thousands of student-athletes across the globe get to the next level in their careers.




​With multiple locations throughout Europe and the US, International Development Academy ensures a diverse range of experiences, resources, and exit opportunities within football and education for all of its student-athletes.


Program Details and Inclusions

  • One week progressive training and development program.
  • 12-15 hours of training per week (all recorded for analysis and highlight film usage)
  • IDA Performance program
    • Strength and conditioning
    • Nutrition
    • Video Analysis
  • US University Pathways education to all campers
  • Qualified European Coaches (UEFA Pro/UEFA A Licenced)
  • Fun Excursions and Cultural activities

A Sample Day

  • Breakfast: 7:00 - 8:00am
  • Training: 9:00 - 11:00am
  • Strength & Conditioning: 12:00 - 1:00pm
  • Lunch: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
  • Video Analysis: 2:00pm - 3:15pm
  • Individual Skill Development: 3:15pm - 4:00pm
  • Rest & Recovery: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
  • Training/Competition: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Dinner: 8:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Lights Out: 10:00pm
