With multiple locations throughout Europe and the US, International Development Academy ensures a diverse range of experiences, resources, and exit opportunities within football and education for all of its student-athletes.
Program Details and Inclusions
- Choose one week up to one month and experience a short term stay with us at IDA Valencia!
- 12-15 hours of training per week (all recorded for analysis and highlight film usage)

A Sample Day
- Breakfast: 8:00 - 9:00am
- Training: 9:30 - 12:30am
- Lunch: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
- Video Analysis: 2:00pm - 3:15pm
- Individual Skill Development: 3:15pm - 4:00pm
- Rest & Recovery: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
- Training/Competition: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Dinner: 8:00pm - 9:00pm
- Lights Out: 10:00pm
