1.What Airport should my child fly to?
London Heathrow Airport (41.8 km /26 mi).
2. What age group can attend the IDA Player Experience?
Your child may attend our Summer Camp from the age of 16 – 23.
3. What is your Refund Policy?
Refund available in case the camp cannot be run due to Covid restrictions, or due to serious injury.
4. What my child needs to bring?
Your child will need to bring cleats, shin guards, and personal care items. Each player will receive a uniform package that they will be wearing on practices.
5. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and Check-out times vary based on the specific plan each player chooses to attend. Please communicate with your IDA Advisor.
6. My child is attending on his/her own, how safe it is?
Your children will be under our coaches/counselor’s supervision 24/7. Only authorized personnel have access to our campus to ensure the safety of all our athletes.
7. Where is the experience based?
Reading, UK (Hillside Court).
8. Will there be a medical support on sight?
Yes.
9. Is airfare included in the price of the camp?
No, each camp includes the land portion only.
10. Do I need a Visa and what type of visa do I require?
IMPORTANT: You are responsible to have all of your travel documents valid (passport). Based on your nationality, you will need to check if a visa is needed for the country where your camp is located (contact the appropriate consulate office for entry requirements and visa requirements). Plan ahead as the visa application can be a long process. If you need a visa, it is mandatory that you apply right away after you have processed your online registration. The more you wait, the more chances you have to be denied a visa!
