With multiple locations throughout Europe and the US, International Development Academy ensures a diverse range of experiences, resources, and exit opportunities within football and education for all of its student-athletes.

A Sample Day
- Breakfast: 7:00 - 8:00am
- Training: 9:00 - 11:00am
- Strength & Conditioning: 12:00 - 1:00pm
- Lunch: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
- Video Analysis: 2:00pm - 3:15pm
- Individual Skill Development: 3:15pm - 4:00pm
- Rest & Recovery: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
- Training/Competition: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Dinner: 8:00pm - 9:00pm
- Lights Out: 10:00pm
