THE SALOU EXPERIENCE
At IDA Salou, student-athletes ages 15 to 18 worldwide receive a professional academy football experience coupled with a specific, personalized academic program.
Intensive training and a competitive schedule, with a minimum of 12 hours per week on the field.
Full-board accommodation at Mediterranean Sports Village.
Highly qualified coaching staff with years of experience in dealing with international students.
Academics offered by Socrates Educa® International School, which focuses on helping students pursue their personal, professional, and athletic goals.

COMPETE IN MORE THAN 50 GAMES
IDA Salou players will participate in multiple friendly matches throughout the year, as well as compete in the VIF League, providing both practice and competitive opportunities for player development.
Monthly Visits to FC Barcelona
IDA Salou players will have the exciting opportunity to enjoy monthly visits to the renowned FC Barcelona campus. These visits provide a unique chance to train, learn, and experience world-class facilities, enhancing their development both on and off the field while connecting with top-tier coaches and players.

REMARKABLES FC - Performance Analysis
Remarkables FC will comprehensively track both team and individual performance at IDA Salou, offering an in-depth analysis of overall performance with detailed statistics. Each player will have a personalized dashboard and video, featuring key metrics such as passing, defending, attacking, shots, 1v1s, and more, along with a custom highlight reel. This Performance Analysis ($5,000 value) is now included in tuition and makes for an invaluable recruitment tool.

IDA student-athletes will receive guidance on what their best pathway would be after IDA. We will support players in their desire to pursue:
A professional career in football - whether it be in Spain, other European countries, or North America, we will help them through our agents and collaborators.
Jeremy De Leon is just one of our student-athletes who have signed professional contracts. He now plays for Real Madrid and was a part of the team for the 2024 Champions League. He made his debut for the senior national team at the 2024 World Cup Qualifier.

A collegiate career - IDA has great experience in student placement in the US. We help our players determine if DI, DII, or DIII is the right fit for them and their goals.
One of IDA's most recent college success stories is Arik Duncan, who played DI soccer at the University of California, Berkeley after his time at IDA Valencia, where he also competed for UD Vall de Uxó. Arik’s journey didn’t stop there—he was drafted 44th overall in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft by CF Montréal.
