For ages 10–16, the IDA Prep Camps provide the perfect blend of elite soccer training and cultural discovery.
Players will follow a full-time, professional-style schedule led by experienced coaches, while also enjoying unique cultural immersion through exciting local excursions, and the option of language classes. Designed to give young athletes a true taste of professional academy life, the Prep Camps are ideal for ambitious players ready to go beyond the ordinary summer camp and take their game - and their experience - to the next level.

IDA VALENCIA PREP CAMP

IDA Valencia Futbolista Camp Participants will reside at Mas Camarena Resort in the peaceful town of Torre en Conill Norte, just 15 minutes from downtown Valencia. Players will stay in 4-star accommodation at Valencia's top student residence, with 2 full-sized turf fields, a gym, a swimming pool and a private cafeteria all on the same site. Other amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, gardens, classrooms and round-the-clock security.

- Nike training kit package (2x shirts, shorts and socks)

Spanish Language Classes
- General Spanish Language Program
- 5 hours learning per week
- Assessment prior to level placement
- Topics Covered: communication, pronunciation, vocabulary & situation-based learning
- Cost: $150 per week
- Can my whole team participate?
- Absolutely! If you are interested in having your team participate in one of our camps or even design one specifically for your team please contact ben@internationalda.com.
- Which Airport should my child fly to?
- Valencia Airport (VLC)
- Which day should I arrive and depart?
- The start and end dates of your selected program will be your arrival and departure dates. For the Valencia Prep Camp, this will be arrival on June 21st, June 28th or July 5th 2026 and departure on June 28th, July 5th or July 12th 2026.
- What time should I arrive and depart?
- On your arrival date, airport pick-ups and accommodation check-in will take place from 1pm to 5pm. Please book your arriving flight in accordance with these times.
- On your departure date, airport drop offs will take place from 6am to 11am. You must be checked out of the academy residence no later than 11am.
- What is your refund policy?
- All registrations are non-refundable. A full refund, minus a $295 administrative fee, will only be considered in cases of verified visa denial, serious injury or illness. Medical documentation is required.
- What does my child need to bring?
- Your child will need to bring cleats, shin guards, personal care items. Each player will receive a uniform package that they will wear for practices. We will also provide a full packing list upon registration.
- My child is attending on their own, how safe is it?
- Your children will be under our academy staff's supervision 24/7. Only authorized personnel have access to our campus to ensure the safety of all our athletes.
- Will there be medical support on-site?
- Yes.
- Is airfare included in the price of camp?
- No - each camp includes the land portion only.
- Passport Information
- If you are traveling from outside of Spain, you will require a passport with at least 6 months of validity. If your passport expires in less than 6 months from your arrival date, please purchase a new passport before registering for a camp.

- Over 25 years of experience developing young people through athletics and academics.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology & Masters degree in Education.
- Extensive coaching career with the likes of Stetson University, Virginia Military Institute, Lake Forest College, Northwestern, Trinity International, and Hope International.
- Also served as Director of Coaching for some of the top clubs in the country, including San Diego Surf, Chicago Magic, Chicago Fire, Florida Kraze Krush, and Orlando City.
- DME Academy's Associate Director of Soccer and Director of Student Life.
- Kioki Hutchings
- Successful collegiate playing career with Middle Georgia and Lander University. Was named Middle Georgia Soccer's Player of the Year in 2012 after scoring 31 goals and 13 assists in 18 games.
- Played USL2 (formerly PDL) for Myrtle Beach Mutiny, winning 2 conference titles. Also played in England for Pickering Town FC.
- Former Director of Operations at Daytona Rush SC.
- Current Women's Soccer Director at DME Academy.
At IDA Florida @ DME Academy, student-athletes reside at DME living quarters. The 18,000 square foot, 80-bed dormitory hosts a fully equipped commercial kitchen, large cafeteria, onsite laundry facility, conference room, learning center, outdoor court, two student lounges, and more. The latest addition to the IDA Florida campus is a 75,000+ sq ft turf field and an indoor training facility with a full gym.
