Older adults have incredible knowledge to share and new mountains (literally and figuratively) to climb, but until now they haven’t had their own place to pursue their passions and continue creating, growing, and giving back.

We have over 2.2 million members, in 160 countries and offer the most advanced, interactive learning platform for older adults. And, we’re not stopping there. Hiring Process
First reach-out and phone call
You’ll get an email from someone on our team to schedule a phone chat. We’ll talk about you, what you’re looking for, who GetSetUp is, what we’re looking for, and then we can both figure out how we could fit together.
Hiring Team Call
The next step would be an experience-based catch-up with a member of the hiring team and one or two engineering leaders. We'll talk about your work experience and motivations on why you want to join GetSetUp. You'll also get to learn more about the company and everyday life in GetSetUp. Don't forget your burning questions!
Technical Interview
The final round of interviews will involve more technical exercises that directly relate to the role you’re applying for.
Engineers will discuss and extend a codebase and then lead a collaborative whiteboarding session to understand a problem and come up with solution options.
For sales roles, you may get asked to workshop a sales challenge or talk through a regional sales plan.
Regardless of the role, you’ll get the chance to meet more people from GetSetUp.
