The purpose of this programme is to help forward-looking businesses to think about the challenges they will face during the next 18 months and create a robust strategy that is executed using OKRs

Workshop 1- It's Tin Hat Time!

Trading conditions are tough and many businesses are struggling to stay afloat. This is not a time to ignore the present and sugarcoat the future. This workshop is all about becoming a new kind of leader. As the world changes so must business leaders.
