We’re excited to share a unique opportunity to take your alumni group on an unforgettable international fan experience! Global Sports Experiences is offering a chance to travel overseas to watch live English Premier League games, take exclusive stadium tours, and explore iconic sights—while reconnecting with old friends and supporting your alumni initiatives.

Global Sports Experiences takes care of everything from registrations, communications, tickets for games, transportation, top accommodation and organizing events like social nights or even a round of golf! Plus, each trip includes your own personal guide to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

The usual fan experience takes place over a long weekend arriving Friday and leaving Tuesday with 2 to 3 live games, stadium tours and other events like sightseeing or social nights. If you want to add more nights and events or travel somewhere other than England, then we can always create a custom package for the group.

We manage all communications with your group providing clarity and consistency from our initial contact to the last day of your event and beyond. We provide an easy registration process, travel insurance and even flight options to ensure stress free travel. All you have to think about is enjoying time with your alumni.

GSE Staff

Every GSE staff member possesses expert knowledge as they are immersed in the local soccer environment. They take care of everything from hotels, to transport, tickets to games, stadium tours and more so your trip is worry free. Our staff will remain with your group to manage your schedule from your tours arrival to the departure date.

Accommodations

We source the best possible hotels, from top class city center accommodation to country retreats with on site spa and golf courses. Our staff will stay in the same hotel as your group to manage all requirements and even offer suggestions on the best locations for dinner and drinks.

The best on and off field events

We only source the best tickets to the top games, your trip will include stadium tours and a full cultural immersion into pre match entertainment and travel to the game. From river tours on the Thames to The Beatles Magical Mystery Tour we can add any event to enhance your experience.

Benefits to your Program

Another highlight of our trips is that the coach travels for free allowing you to join in the experience and engage with the group. Additionally, we've designed this experience to also serve as a fundraiser for your program, creating a unique way to support your alumni initiatives while enjoying the beautiful game.


EXAMPLE ITINERARIES

OCTOBER 2024

DAY 1 – THURSDAY 17TH OCTOBER

Depart from your international airport and head to Manchester, UK home of United and City the current EPL Champions.

DAY 2 – FRIDAY 18TH OCTOBER

Arrive in Manchester and meet your GSE Event Manager and the rest of the group. Then take a tour of the Theater of Dreams and home to Manchester United. Go behind the scenes, visit the changing rooms, go pitch side, visit the United Museum and of course the club shop. Time for lunch before we head over to the Etihad, home stadium of the mighty Manchester City.

Your second stadium tour will take you into the inner sanctum of Pep and his incredible city team. Then it's time to hit the club store for all your souvenirs before check-in at your hotel for the night, dinner with the group and relax.


DAY 3 – SATURDAY 19TH OCTOBER

Following breakfast it's time to get ready for your first English Premier League Game. Board your private executive coach with your GSE Tour staff and the group and head to Old Trafford. Before we head in it's time for a pre match drink and a pie then take your seat to watch the teams warm up.

Watch Manchester United vs Brentford United then after the game we have hospitality in the Old Trafford museum with drinks and food.

Day 4 – SUNDAY 20TH OCTOBER

After breakfast we travel to your second EPL fixture as Wolves take on Manchester City. We have Pre match hospitality with food and drinks on hand and our own lounge to get ready for the game and then head out to watch the warm ups.

DAY 5 – MONDAY 21ST OCTOBER

After breakfast we travel to the city of Liverpool and enjoy the Beatles Magical Mystery Tour which takes you around the some of the most famous sights of their history. After lunch in the Cavern Club we visit the famous Anfield Stadium, home to the mighty reds. Visit the museum, go into the changing rooms and then it's down the tunnel to pitch side and experience the roar of the Kop end. That evening we get to watch the EPL fixture from Monday Night Football at the bar! Day 6 – TUESDAY 22ND OCTOBER

One last full English breakfast then it's on the bus and off to Manchester airport for your return home. Thanks for allowing GSE to share some English Football culture with you and hope to see you again soon.

DECEMBER 2024

DAY 1 – THURSDAY 5TH DECEMBER

Depart from your international airport and head to London.

DAY 2 – FRIDAY 6TH DECEMBER

Arrive in London and meet your GSE Event Manager and the rest of the group. We will then travel with the group to the Emirates home of Arsenal Football Club for a behind the scenes stadium tour. Your chance to visit the museum, check out the changing rooms and go pitch side to get the full fan experience. After our stadium visit head into Covent garden to enjoy the Holiday cheer. Return to our hotel for check in and head out for dinner and drinks and get to know the group.


DAY 3 – SATURDAY 7TH DECEMBER

Following breakfast it's time to get ready for your first English Premier League Game and head to one of the top EPL grounds. Before we head in it's time for a pre match drink and a pie then take your seat to watch the teams warm up.
​We will have guaranteed tickets for Crystal Palace vs Manchester City. After the game we will head back to the hotel or a trip into town for dinner.


DAY 4 – SUNDAY 8TH DECEMBER

After breakfast there's plenty of time to get ready for our next game and travel across London to enjoy the pre match festivities. Its North vs West as Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea at the incredible New White Heart Lane in a massive London Derby.


DAY 5 – MONDAY 9TH DECEMBER

After breakfast we will head to Stamford Bridge to visit the home of Chelsea FC. After the behind the scenes tour you can visit the museum and club shop then free time to head into London City Center and take in some of the famous sights with your GSE Tour Guide.
​After some free time in London we head to the London Stadium to watch our 3rd and final EPL game as it's West Ham United vs Wolves.

DAY 6 – TUESDAY 10TH DECEMBER

One last full English breakfast then it's back to your London airport for the return home.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Inclusions & Pricing

  • FREE Place for Coach.
  • Four night stay at top-rated hotels with double occupancy. Single rooms are available for an additional fee.
  • Full cooked and continental breakfast daily with group dinner on Friday night. All other meals and lunches are on your own.
  • Top Tickets to English Premier League games with option to add more games.
  • Private stadium tours.
  • Consider adding a training session at a top academy or even a game against a local team then enjoy a great social with your opponents afterwards!
  • GSE will manage all transportation to satisfy the tour itinerary with options including executive coach, trains and public transport, private cars and taxis.
  • Your own GSE Tour Director with your group at all times.
  • All travel coordinated by your personal GSE travel specialist.
  • GSE has full liability insurance and we also provide access to individual travel insurance plans including 'cancel for any reason' options.

Cost per participant: Price from $2,499 per person based on a group of 12 and Includes commission to your program.

Not Included in Price

  • Daily lunches and meals unless specified.
  • International Flight and applicable airline taxes.
  • Personal Travel Insurance.
  • Additional sightseeing events not listed in schedule.

How we manage registrations.

  • We set up your own unique registration page with all information about the event.
  • Participants are sent the registration link and GSE then collects all monies.
  • All communications are delivered through the registration page.

What if you want to add more games or extend the experience?

  • Based on the final fixture schedule we may have the chance to offer the option of additional games from the Premier and English Football League.
  • You may also want to consider extending your stay and watching games from the Champions League.

NEXT STEPS

  • STEP 1 - Set up a call with GSE Specialist: If you think there would be enough interest from your alumni we can set up a call to discuss the best options for the group.
  • STEP 2 - Identify the ideal date for your experience: Establish what dates and location work best. For those groups that want to travel further afield consider Spain, Germany, Holland, Italy or Scotland for the fan experience.
  • STEP 3 - Set up a Presentation to the Alumni: Once we have the dates and location confirmed we can set up an online presentation for the group. We will record the call and can provide you with a link to send out to the members of the group.
  • STEP 4 - Promote the registration page: We will develop a registration page for the group with a payment plan and information about the event. We can then manage the trip and even create discount codes, create waiting lists, provide a payment plan and communicate all information.
  • STEP 5 - Collect Registrations: As we collect the registrations we will confirm with you the numbers and can even provide flight options and manage all arrivals and transportation.
  • STEP 6 - Enjoy your event: We take care of everything from arrival to departure so all you have to worry about is connecting with your alumni and old friends.
