This implementation plan outlines the steps we will take together, beginning with a dynamic website overhaul and a modern branding refresh, followed by a campaign to commemorate Digikom’s 30 years of service. Implementation Plan

The implementation process will be carried out in carefully planned phases, each designed to achieve specific goals and deliver optimal results for Digikom Kompjuteri. We will ensure a smooth and efficient execution, with each phase building upon the previous one to create a cohesive and impactful transformation.




Phase 1 Website refresh

Timeframe - 15.08.2024 to 25.08.2024

The first phase of the implementation plan focuses on developing a new, modern website for Digikom Kompjuteri, utilizing the WordPress platform with Elementor. This phase will ensure that the website is not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly, catering to both B2B clients and retail customers.

  1. 1.Content Creation - Our team will begin by developing high-quality content that clearly communicates Digikom’s offerings, expertise, and history. This includes crafting compelling copy for product descriptions, service pages, and an engaging ‘About Us’ section that highlights the company’s 30-year legacy. We will also create informative blog posts that provide valuable insights to your audience, positioning Digikom as a thought leader in the IT industry.
  2. 2.Design Creation - Parallel to content creation, we will work on the design aspects of the website. Using Elementor, we will design a responsive and intuitive layout that ensures a seamless user experience across all devices. The design will reflect Digikom's brand identity, incorporating the updated branding elements, such as the new logo and color scheme.
  3. 3.Functionality & Optimization - We will integrate essential features into the website, which includes Woocommerce integration (for sales purposes), custom Ninja form addons, Blog/News section & Request service calendar. Other functionalities may be added in the future. Additionally, we will ensure that the site is secure, fast-loading, and compatible with all major browsers.
  4. 4.Review & Final Adjustments - Before going live, we will conduct thorough testing to ensure that all elements of the website function smoothly. This includes testing the responsiveness, navigation, and any integrated plugins. Based on feedback, we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure the website meets Digikom’s standards and objectives.


Phase 2 Ecommerce

Timeframe - 25.08.2024 to 10.09.2024

The second phase of our implementation plan centers around creating a specialized WooCommerce store on Digikom’s new website, tailored specifically for gaming enthusiasts. This phase is designed to provide a seamless shopping experience, allowing customers to easily purchase PC configurations, and utilize a custom-built configurator to receive personalized recommendations.

  1. 1.WooCommerce Store Setup - We will begin by setting up the WooCommerce platform, which will serve as the backbone of the online store. The store will feature a diverse range of PC configurations designed for gamers, including entry-level, mid-tier, and high-end setups. Each product listing will include detailed descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  2. 2.Gaming PC Configurator - One of the standout features of this phase will be the development of a gaming PC configurator. This tool will allow users to input key information such as their budget, resolution, preferred CPU, GPU brands, the specific games they intend to play & other criteria. Based on these inputs, the configurator will suggest the most suitable PC configuration from Digikom’s offerings, ensuring that customers receive a system that meets their gaming needs and preferences.
  3. 3.Testing & Launch - Before launching the store, we will conduct extensive testing to ensure that all functionalities, including the configurator and payment gateways, are working flawlessly. This will include usability testing to confirm that the store is easy to navigate and that the configurator delivers accurate and helpful recommendations.


Phase 3 Sales redesign

Timeframe - 30.08.2024 to 07.09.2024

The third phase of our implementation plan focuses on transforming Digikom Kompjuteri's sales offers into visually appealing and professionally designed documents. These offers, which are crucial for presenting IT solutions and maintenance services to customers, will be elevated from their current basic format to custom-designed PDFs that reflect the quality and expertise of Digikom’s brand.

  1. 1.Assessment of Current Sales Materials - We will start by reviewing Digikom’s existing sales offers to understand their structure, content, and areas for improvement. This assessment will help us identify key elements that need enhancement, such as layout, visual appeal, and the clarity of information presented.
  2. 2.Custom Design Creation - Our design team will develop a series of templates for sales offers that are both visually striking and aligned with Digikom’s brand identity. These templates will feature a modern, clean design, incorporating the company’s updated logo, color palette, and other branding elements. The goal is to create a consistent and professional look across all sales documents, making them more engaging and easier for customers to understand.
  3. 3.Editable PowerPoint Integration - To ensure flexibility and ease of use, we will design these sales offers in a format that can be easily edited using PowerPoint. This approach allows Digikom’s team to quickly customize offers for different clients and services without the need for specialized design software. Each template will include placeholders for text, images, and pricing, making it simple to update information as needed while maintaining a polished and consistent presentation.
  4. 4.Content Enhancement - In addition to the visual design, we will work on refining the content of the sales offers. This includes ensuring that the language is clear, persuasive, and tailored to address the specific needs of each client. We will also structure the information in a way that highlights the value of Digikom’s services, making it easier for potential customers to see the benefits and make informed decisions.


Phase 4 30Branding

Timeframe - 01.09.2024 to 10.09.2024

The final phase of our current implementation plan is dedicated to celebrating Digikom Kompjuteri's 30th anniversary—a significant milestone that deserves a comprehensive and memorable rebranding effort. This phase will not only refresh the company’s visual identity but also engage the community and showcase Digikom’s rich history through a series of targeted activities.

Rebranding for the 30th AnniversaryTo mark this special occasion, we will develop a refreshed brand identity that celebrates Digikom’s three decades of excellence. This will include a commemorative logo, updated color schemes (possibly gold?), and a refined visual language that honors the company’s legacy while positioning it for future growth. The rebranding will be consistently applied across all digital and physical touchpoints, including the website, social media profiles, marketing materials, and in-store displays.

Commemorative Activities - To engage both new and long-time customers, we will implement a series of activities that highlight Digikom’s journey over the past 30 years. These activities will be designed to generate excitement and foster a deeper connection with the brand:

  • "Back to the Past" Posts: We will create a series of nostalgic social media and blog posts that take a look back at Digikom’s history, from its founding in 1994 to the present day. These posts will showcase old photos, significant milestones, and stories from the company’s early years, allowing followers to reminisce and engage with Digikom’s rich heritage.
  • Anniversary News & Blog Posts: Regular news and blog updates will be posted on the website, highlighting the significance of the 30th anniversary and the company’s achievements over the years. These posts will also serve as a platform to announce special promotions, events, and any upcoming initiatives related to the anniversary.
