In Phase 1, you’ll create a personalized Leadership & Business Impact Plan that sharpens your focus, defines your leadership value, and aligns your strategy with real business outcomes.

Step 1: DISC Personality Assessment
Discover how you lead, how you influence, where you shine, and where you might be holding yourself (and others) back.

Step 2: Outcome-Based Job Description
Most leaders inherit a title. You’ll create a vision. Together, we’ll map out what excellence looks like in your role—not just tasks, but results. You’ll define the key result areas, performance standards, and strategic priorities that matter most to your business.
Step 3: Strategic Focus & Action Plan
You’ll walk away with a laser-focused plan:

- Three-Day Boot Camp: Participants engage in intensive boot camp style practice and coaching exercises designed to enhance leadership skills, foster teamwork and elevate influence.
- 12-week Online Leadership Lab Modules: Following the boot camp, participants will delve into structured live online Instructor lead modules focusing on specific leadership competencies, applying insights gained from the onboarding phase to real-world scenarios.
This structured approach ensures that each participant maximizes their learning and development throughout the Lead with Impact Program, creating a meaningful impact within their teams and organizations.

Extending the Impact: The Leadership Lab
While the three-day Boot Camp lays the foundation for transformation, the journey doesn’t stop there. Graduates can continue building momentum through our Leadership Lab—a curated series of high-impact, live-online sessions that deepen and apply the core principles introduced during the immersion. These hour-long modules reinforce critical leadership behaviors and give participants real-time tools to address the everyday challenges they face on the job.
Leadership Lab: Deepening the Learning
After completing the 3-day Leadership Boot Camp, participants continue their journey through our Leadership Lab—a curated series of 12 high-impact sessions designed to extend and apply the principles introduced during the Boot Camp.
These sessions go deeper on the real-world challenges leaders face every day—coaching, time pressure, strategic planning, engagement, and influence. Each session builds a specific leadership muscle that, when developed, makes leading simpler, more effective, and more rewarding.
To earn the Lead with Impact Certificate, participants must complete at least 6 of the 12 sessions. Those who complete all 12 will leave with a complete toolset for influencing results through people—plus a competitive edge in today’s leadership landscape.
