Program Overview

High Impact Facilitation focuses on structuring an effective presentation or meeting that will build credibility, enhance relationships, help people make choices, and gain shared agreements. You will explore the optimum use of delivery to create a lasting impression as well as a variety of facilitation styles, ranging from a formal planning meeting to a casual discussion or contentious conversation.

Who Should Attend

Senior leaders needing to gain collaboration, change and commitment from large and small groups. As this program focuses on more advanced facilitation skills, it is recommended that all participants have some prior experience in public speaking and/or leading high-level meetings.
