Our Independence Program employs and trains young people with disability, providing them with hospitality and independent living skills allowing them to achieve their independence goals.

Trainees are front and centre of the whole experience at Hotel Etico.

Hotel Etico is in the heritage listed town of Mount Victoria, the highest township in the Blue Mountains.

History is revealed as you walk around the sleepy village. Surrounded by bushland, Mount Victoria boasts some lovely trails and lookouts over neighbouring valleys.

Once you arrive at Hotel Etico, you can enjoy the Manor which was first built in 1876 by John Fairfax and is adorned with vintage decoration and original finishings.
