Andrea is the co-founder and CEO of Hotel Etico. A strong believer in the transformative power of social enterprises to create sustainable impact, Andrea is an expert changemaker with over 25 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector. If you have diversity and inclusion on your agenda, Andrea can join your team as a guest speaker or session participant, to help inspire and motivate your team to take action towards creating a more inclusive culture.

Mount Victoria and district historical society museum
This amazing museum is set in sixteen rooms of the heritage listed 1868 Mount Victoria Railway Station. A display to commemorate the bicentenary of the crossing of the Blue Mountains
has sketches, paintings and artefacts showing the work of the explorers, road builders, tradesmen and convicts. Our trainees can join your team on a private tour of the museum to explore the stories of the past. Duration: 90min

Lawn games and cocktails
Enjoy a variety of lawn games as you take in the scenery and fresh mountain air. We provide all the games and a cocktail per guest to relax into the evening.

Murder Mystery Dinner Event
Experience a Murder Mystery at our Manor. The who-dunnit experience encourages teamwork, deduction, analysis and listening. But most of all it is a lot of fun. Includes a 2-course meal at Niccolò’s restaurant.

Guided Walking Tours of Mount Victoria
Starting and ending at Hotel Etico, discover the beautiful heritage listed town of Mount Victoria and hear about stories from the past. Alternatively, nearby Mount York is a wonderful tour to learn about the colonial history of the area and the crossing of the Blue Mountains. Find out why Mount Victoria is named ‘the gateway to the west’.

Hotel Etico is in the heritage listed town of Mount Victoria, the highest township in the Blue Mountains.
History is revealed as you walk around the sleepy village. Surrounded by bushland, Mount Victoria boasts some lovely trails and lookouts over neighbouring valleys.
Once you arrive at Hotel Etico, you can enjoy the Manor which was first built in 1876 by John Fairfax and is adorned with vintage decoration and original finishings.
