A little about us

With  over a decade in the talent strategy space focused on fostering diversity, inclusion and equity, I have had the opportunity to build global teams across industries for some of the top organizations in the world. Working directly with Executive Leadership, I have helped define what these organizations look for in talent, developing and building best-in-class strategic programs.

 This has given me a unique behind the scenes insight into the coveted world of hiring, growth and change management. 

An advocate for equity and inclusion, I have always pushed to break barriers and challenge how organizations approach talent and diversity.

I am now leveraging my skills and experience to help organizations build programs targeted  to fostering more diversity, equity, and inclusion.
