The goal for Leaf is to produce and Source the highest quality hairdressing tools whilst constantly looking for ways to make our business and industry more sustainable.
Leaf is the world’s first sustainable scissor. Leaf scissors is a high-quality scissor brand designed ‘for hairdressers, by hairdressers.
All our scissors are made of high-quality Japanese steel.

For each pair of scissors we sell, we plant at least 10 trees. Our mission is to planted 1 MILLION trees by 2025! Additionally, our scissors are delivered to you in 100% recyclable packaging.
We pride ourselves on supplying high quality scissors. As a hairdresser, it is vital that you use high quality tools to complete your work to your highest standard. We have worked very hard to produce scissors that are designed to suit all hairdressers, with an ergonomic design to ensure ultimate comfort. Our Japanese steel hairdressing scissors are handmade, with longevity in mind.

Having noticed that there were no scissor brands that actively made sustainability a core aspect of their business, I saw an opportunity to make a positive environmental impact on the hair industry. Alongside making a difference, I was also inspired by the businesses I worked with and craved the challenge of starting my own brand.
Leaf Scissors allows me to be the best possible Dad to my 3 children, one of which has ASD, and a husband to my amazing wife, Jane, who supports me greatly.”

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
After 12 years in the hair and fashion industry, Charles has become one of the leading educators within men’s hairdressing across the globe with a formidable reputation and unparalleled experience to most.
Charles has recently set his sights on the fashion & editorial world by drumming up work with top brands such as Vetements, FILA, Haider Ackermann, Represent Clothing and Pretty Green just to name a few.
With a wealth of experience, including working in men’s fashion week and assisting top session stylists such as Eugene Souleiman & Jody Taylor for big campaigns, there’s no surprise that Charles has been requested to style hair in front of thousands at worldwide events.
Charles oversees the creative direction of leaf and its imagery, content and product development. He has also co-created a line of grooming products with Leaf.

At Leaf Scissors, we believe that there is room in the hair industry to be more environmentally conscious. Change is possible if each hairdresser individually, and hair salons collectively make more sustainable choices. Hair salon sustainability is a crucial step for the hair industry. Let’s all do our part.
All our Scissors arrive in Beautiful cork boxes. Cork is an extremely sustainable material. They are all fully recyclable.
Since our launch Leaf Scissors has planted Over 150,000 To put it into perspective that is the equivalent of 614 acres or 410 football pitches.
And as each tree has the ability to absorb 21KG of carbon per year the Trees that leaf has planted contribute to absorbing 3,150,000 of Carbon per year from the environment.
