How am I covered?

If your trip is cancelled because of COVID-19 we’ll do our best to reschedule it. Want your money back instead? No problem, we’ll refund you within 14 days.

Why would my trip be cancelled?

  • If - within 7 days of your departure date -  the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office advises against travel to your destination.
  • If either the airline or accommodation provider cancels their part of the trip.
  • If you need to quarantine on arrival and that country is offering no option for you to avoid the quarantine period by providing a negative COVID test.

When am I not covered?

It’s not you it’s us. Literally. Our COVID Refund Protection only applies if it’s us that cancels your holiday as per the above – not if you decide to cancel.

Unfortunately that also goes for if you (or any member of your party) contracts COVID and needs to cancel the holiday (unless you have purchased relevant insurance cover)
