We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to join us. If you have at least a few years brand and / or agency experience, we’d love to hear a bit more about you, and tell you a bit more about us.

We are passionate about words and their power to shape brands—captivating audiences, inspiring action, and driving businesses forward.

We are looking for a copywriter to join our multidisciplinary, Belfast-based team, and work with us to:

Shape brand voice and messaging strategies that resonate with audiences.
Turn ideas into action, driving campaigns from concept to execution.
Craft compelling copy across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
Experiment and innovate, testing new messaging approaches for maximum engagement.
Expertly analyse and translate trend reports, market information, and data into compelling stories.
Working closely with top brands (or exciting startups) to align around a single-minded vision.

This is a full-time, permanent, in-person & in-studio position, based at the iconic Flatiron building, in the heart of Belfast City Centre.

— About you

At least 3 years of experience as a writer in a fast paced brand, design or creative environment
Proven understanding of brand, digital, and communication projects
A curious mind, eager to explore new categories, cohorts, and channels
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to transform insights into engaging content
A collaborative communicator who values teamwork, and can inspire both clients and creatives.

Founded by the creative leads of two of Ireland’s former top communications agencies - AV Browne Belfast and McCann Dublin - alongside U—3D, a Derry-based 3D visualisation and design company, we work both independently and collaboratively, tailoring our approach to each project's needs.

In just over two years, we’ve more than doubled the size of our studio team, moved into our new home at The Flatiron here in Belfast, added over 12 diverse new clients across a range of industries, delivered multiple projects here, and in London, Dublin & Chicago, and formed exciting agency partnerships.
