How to place an order

Place your order via email – belfastkitchen@yellowdoordeli.co.uk Place your order by telephone - (028) 90737817 Orders are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email. Minimum orders of x8 per menu item. 24-48hrs notice required for all orders.

Monday orders: We advise ordering by 2pm the previous Friday. Tuesday - Friday orders: We advise ordering by 2pm the previous day.

All orders are subject to availability and seasonality. All food orders are served in our very own Yellow Door platter boxes, served cold ready for you to reheat, and display as you wish.

Wooden cutlery can be added for an additional £0.10pp.

Food allergies, intolerance and/or dietary requirements

It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, intolerance, or dietary requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate such requests, this may not always be possible. Please be advised that no product can be completely free from an allergen, as all dishes are produced in an environment in which these allergens are frequently used.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before being sent for delivery.

Payment Method

Card payment over the telephone.

Cheques are not accepted.

Deliveries

(Monday – Friday) in the greater Belfast area.

Time slots are subject to availability.

Delivery time slots are an estimate, we aim to deliver as close to the delivery time slot as possible, however, this may not always be possible due to traffic, weather, IT, or mechanical issues. Drivers must be met at reception or main building front doors. Once the driver has reached their destination, they will call you to inform you of their arrival. If the phone call is not answered, the driver will leave a voicemail if able to do so and will leave the order with reception. If the driver is unable to leave the order with reception, the order will be taken back to our kitchen. If a second delivery slot is requested and available, this will be charged at the standard delivery rate. Any scheduled orders that are not collected will be charged at 100% of the cost. Please note, delivery drivers are unable to wait for any length of time due to parking restrictions and strict time schedules.

Delivery Charges

£5.00 within a 2-mile radius, additional £1.50 for every other mile.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

In the unfortunate circumstances that you must cancel or postpone your booking requirements at any time prior to your delivery, you will be required to pay a cancellation / postponement fee as follows.

Less Than 2 Working Days’ Notice - 50% of food order.

Less Than 1 Working Days’ Notice - 100% of food order.

Notification Of Cancellations Should Be Made By Email.

We pride ourselves on showcasing the incredible local ingredients on our door step and challenging ourselves to deliver an excellent food experience no matter what the scale or number of guests we are feeding. We believe the only way to achieve this is by making everything possible by hand in our onsite kitchens or sourcing from award winning local artisan suppliers.

We are equally passionate about safe guarding the health and wellbeing of our customers. The fact that we operate an artisan trace kitchen which contains all food ingredients and allergens, means we cannot guarantee the absence of any specific allergen trace from our food offering.
